I think Brad at some point will be a great driver - it's just surrounding himself with patient people in the business.

The same can be said about Joey Lagano.

Does Dale Jr and JGR have that patience? Time will tell and I think the clock has already started ticking on both of them.

Brad started out slow last year, if I recall correctly. He rebounded to win some races and finish third in points. He'll be fine.
