Perhaps Dale would do better at Childress. Harvick is leaving he should sign up.

If he's going to win a championship it's not going to be in NASCAR. Might try the Pinewood Derby with the Cub Scouts, Jr.

1 Win will not be worthy of your offerings.

A full scale turn-around or bust.

Jr sucks because of his fans. His fans are why he is held to the high standards that he is held too.

It was awful nice of Richard Childress to say this to encourage Jr. But, being realistic this guy does not have the work ethic to win a championship. No way he can win one, unless NASCAR steps in and helps him in ways that others cannot know about. I would not be surprised to see a fan vote for a 13th driver in the chase soon and who knows what else they will do to get him the championship. Marketing, Marketing, Marketing!!

NASCAR let Jr cheat in the past, the 2001 Pepsi 400 being the most blatant of them all. Nothing WWE NASCSAR does surprises anyone, but I don't think they could get away with the BS they got away with in the past. The fan vote would be a total joke!

Thing is, if you allow a fan vote specifically to get Jr in and he still fails miserably, have you really changed anything?

People say he hasn't been the same since his accident where he got burned. I think that's true. I'm not sure racing means what it used to him before. Maybe his daddy dieing is part of that, maybe the whole mess with Theresa, maybe he's just done. As someone pointed out, he will not win a championship until he's ready to dedicate all of himself to racing and that he is not ready to do right now.

And yes the fans that expect miracles from the man are also a part of the reason he doesn't do well. Nothing is good enough for those particular fans. Then he never feels like he's making a difference, if someone is always unhappy with his performance. Someone would still complain if he won a race, then they'd say but he's not won a championship. The crazies out there have got to take him off of the pedestal they have him on.

Childress knows that if he can get Jr to RCR, put him in the #3; Jr Nation psychos will be spending their last dollar, welfare checks and lunch money on over priced Earnhardt junk.

Darn wwe you may be right. I didn't think about it that way. But, its all about the marketing. Because it darn sure can't be about the talent.

Jr has talent, He's shown he can run in the top five consistently, He's just in a slump like Harvick and the RCR Team.

Just in a slump? Run in the top 5 consistently? Deppfan, you need to stop doing drugs while watching NASCAR.
