bill can drive anything on wheels .but i would like to see divison for 40 and up drivers .with 20 to 25 races a year.

I agree with you on Bill can drive anything. He may not have the 7 championships but he could race with the best. He won his races fair not by being a dirty S.O.B who bullyed his way around the track.
He'll always be the best in my eyes.

car and put it into a situation that would either

Nascar has never and will not ever be the same, since bill left full time racing. The car of tomorow will ruin are sport, Nascar cares to much about money and there letting down all the true race fans who made the sport what it is today.

An organized group of racers, Historic Stock Cars, has many of the old cup cars on tracks 6-8 times a year. It is organized thru HSR. The best outcome would be to get some semi-retired drivers back in the seat of some of the legendary cars. Rusty, Bill, etc. Most cars are privately owned. NASCAR will not support it. But private groups and some sponsors may really make it popular. Hopefully we can get Bill in a restored 9, 11, or 94 car!
