A black number 3 car will start appearing in the Nationwide series in the near future with Austin Dillon in the seat. There's too much money on the table for RC not to run it. What could be better than for Grandpa to put Grandson at the top of the pile in the most iconic car in racing.

Interesting how Austin Dillion winning in the number 3 truck is getting so much more attention than Junior's winning in Daytona in the number 3 car. Probably because Dillion's was a legitimate win, earned by a young driver with real talent, rather than a rigged win for boost in merchandise sales.

Tell me how on earth a race could possibly be rigged? NASCAR Would lose a lot of money and fans. You're just bitter because Joey Logano didn't have enough balls to pass Jr and take the win. It WASN'T Fixed People! Get over your blind hate for Jr

Jr's win in the # 3 car, just like his win in the 2001 Pepsi 400 was definitely not a fake, and neither is pro wrestling.

Tell me how other drivers don't line up for a run on the leader on a super speedway near the end of the race. It's the first time I have ever seen it. Tell me why Logano made some lame excuse about the six not going with him so he stayed behind Jr. Why didn't he try to loosen Jr up and just drive by him, he was right on his bumper and never attempted to get by him. Tell me why Busch pits with two laps to go, could it have been because he didn't want to be a part of what was going on up front at the end?
And tell me why Jr doesn't do a burnout after winning his first race since 2008. When did he start caring about tearing up an engine. All these drivers knew that if the #3 was still on the track near the end of the race that they had better let him win.
If you can honestly say that Jr. wasn't handed that win then you weren't watching the same race I was and if this kind of racing continues all of the drivers should take some acting lessons if they are going to give post race interviews and expect it to be believable.

Why would NASCAR Risk losing fans and money to rig a race? it is impossible. Perhaps it's not impossible to think that maybe Jr didn't want to settle for anything less than a win in his father's car. Joey and Ricky had no clue how to get around him. It's not that it was fixed, it's that Joey and Ricky had no clue how to pass by.

Nascar is already losing money because the fans aren't there anymore. They are practically giving race tickets away compared to what it cost for a ticket 3 years ago, hell it wasn't that long ago that you couldn't get a Daytona 500 ticket and this year you could get in for $59.00. It seems like they'll do anything to bring the folks back to the track. I can't fault them for trying that's just the way it is. How did you like Alice In Wonderland? Johnny Depp is great!

Oh, so now we're supposed to believe that Joey and Ricky don't know how to make a pass on the race track? Are they not race car drivers? Do they not understand the concept of the sport is to be the first across the finish line? Can they not grasp the physics of: 1. pull out, 2. speed up, and 3. pass the SLOWER car? Joey was rubbing Junior's bumper and pushing him for over a lap, but we are supposed to believe that Joey couldn't figure out that he was faster then the number 3 car and it was the last lap of the race and the first one across that finish line is the winner?

Anyone watching that race could tell that Joey could have easily passed Junior and taken the win, with or without the number 6 going with him. It was also obvious by the lack-luster response by everybody NASCAR the next day that they knew they hadn't fooled anybody and their phony Junior win didn't have the desired result of propelling the used-to-be fan favorite back to the spotlight.

That's why Dillon winning in the number 3 truck has gotten so much attention, the fans know it was a "real" win, not a "staged for NASCAR's benefit" fiasco, as the Junior win was.

Jr's win was not staged. For god's sake, If it were Joey would not have made an attempt to pass Jr. Your blind hatred for Jr keeps you from seeing that Jr can be competitive and win races when he has a good car.

You obviously do not know how a restrictor plate works. Interesting also how the nascar official that measured the angle on jew-nyers spoiler gave him a "five" as he walked by the door....Hmmmm. If you don't think it is possible for nascar to rig a race, you need SERIOUS mental help and MAJOR reality check! I guess you have been watching wrestling since you were 5 and still think that is real too, huh?

NASCAR is following the WWE's marketing strategy. Everyone knows pro wrestling is a fake, but it's very profitable. Jr Nation could careless if the races are a fixer, as long as their beloved Jr wins.

As long as the lemmings of The Junior Nation continue with their blind devotion to the mediocre underachiever that is The Junior, NASCAR knows it will not lose money for fixing a race for The Junior.

When/if you finally pull your head out of the sand (or where ever it may be stuffed), only then will you realize that you have been duped by the marketing machine of The Junior and NASCAR.

Like we have been duped by the so called Goddess called Danica? haha. At least I know Jr has talent and can show it when he has a good car, Miss Godaddy's only talent is spreading her legs showing everyone her goods.

Danica did a spread where she spread?

I'm not fan of Danica, but I would really like to check out her wares.

I won't go so far as to say that NASCAR fixed the race. That would be impossible as they cannot control engines, tires or getting caught up in someone else's wreck.

I will say though, that I do believe some of the other drivers could have given him a run for the money but did not. I do not believe that NASCAR told them to lay off, I believe it was a choice that they made. No one wanted to be the driver who took the win away from the #3. If think people hate Kyle Busch, think how they would feel if someone sneaked up took that win from the #3. I think it has more to do with the symbolic nature of the car rather than the driver. People beat Dale Jr every week, even when he runs Nationwide, so it was not a Dale Jr thing, it was the fact that he was driving #3 that scared off the competition.

As I thought.

Another member of The Junior Nation making false statements to try and deflect attention from The Junior and his lackluster performance.
