that's okay NASCAR..Punish everybody by Hendrick. They always try new stuff and you change the rule so nobody else can duplicate and they get off free and clear.

How many times have JJ and cheatin Chad ever been docked points?I remember them getting fined money which is nothing to them while the Derrick Copes and the Carl Longs get docked points and more for lessor violations. Nascar has pooped on its traditional fan base and this reflects in the fact that that traditional fan bases kids couldn,t give a rats A$$ about nascar

Actually in 2005 Jimmie Johnson did get docked points after the second race of the season having to yield the lead to reigning champion Kurt Busch. Other than that I've never seen nascar punish hendrick with point docking.

Guess you don't watch much nascar then. Either that or your just one of those worthless lying pieces of trash that lies to suit your argument. We both know the latter is spot on don't we.

Another worthless liar. Maybe you should check your facts before you post. You are below scum if you think you can lie to suit your argument.

Your point? Are you suggesting that Penske isn't afforded the same right of appeal?

Knaus was also suspended in 2006 and 2007 and the penalties were upheld. Another little thing you and your lying little friends seem to be in denial of.

Only scum will deny absolute facts to suit an argument.

The difference, according to NASCAR, is it was emphatic no changes could be made to the rear-end housings late last season. That, according to many in the garage, was re-emphasized repeatedly during the offseason.
