Did I say he DIDN'T have a race team?
NO!
What I said was;
"What makes you think Jr. has a clue how to run a race team".
Try and answer the question instead of twisting what I say into your own moronic thoughts.

From what I understand from this conversation which has happened numerous times and people continue to beat it to death......

Dale himself stated that the company was built for his children.

According to someone that posted here sometime last year on this....in NC children are taxed heavily on estates they are left. This is why Dale Sr left it all to Teresa.

From what I gather from what I have read and heard, Teresa was well aware that Dale made the company for his children.

I doubt Dale Sr thought he would die before he could see what he built go to his children.

Your post #18; "Jr has a race team!!!"

Show me where I twisted anything.

The only thing that's twisted is your brain.

If he wanted his kids to have it he could have place something in writing stating that.

Please, please enlighten me to what makes you think Jr. could run DEI better that Teresa.
Roush sold a percentage.
Evernham sold a percentage.
Petty sold a percentage.
DEI sold a percentage.
I guess Jack, Ray and Richard should be bashed as well.
Hmmmmm....
Next time you speak about something you know nothing about, DON'T.
It just shows your ignorance.
Jim you want to be Jeffree Star mofo. You have no balls and if you do then you're a drag queer. Dales queen is not the sharpest tack in the bunch but you have battle of wits with her non stop. Get a spine!

Exactly...It amazes me that so many people that didn't know Sr. personally seem to know what a dead man's wishes were.
Agreed. Taylor is a minor that is the child who should inherit his things. Little is has his own dynasty.

And you just proved you have no clue about what either of us is saying. If you did, you would see that I am "for" Jr, and Jim is "against".

You also disagreed with Jim in a post, and agreed with me in another. If we were posting the same thing, wouldn't you either disagree or agree with both of us?

You definately are a few bricks shy of a load.

Give a women a little bit of power and this is what you get....Jr should be still running around in the 8 car, and ensuring the right direction with Tony Snr & Jr....The whole situation was clearly avoidable and I am pissed at her and her actions.

The will was made in 1992. How many folks are going to leave a company to a 17 year old? And save me the crap about Sr knew that and still didn't update his will. How many people in this country always say that will get around to updating it yet never do and it is too late? DEI was to be Junior's. Sr has stated this numerous times and people still say that Junior was a greedy brat. Unreal.
You are right! It was a legacy to his children not just one but, to them all.Teresa did those kids wrong and look what has happened.I loved SR I thought she was a great lady but, not anymore

Again,
What he says is not considered.
Words penned to paper are what matter.
You asked why people say what they do about Sr. leaving the co. to his children. You got the answer so stop arguing about it.

People understand that saying is not the same as doing. The point was that if others knew his wishes, so must TE. Why SHE (who is the only one who matters in this) does not choose to honor is wishes is anyone's guess.

Personally, she did what she wanted legally and now we see the fruits of it. Not only isn't the co. a legacy to his children, HE is no longer on the mastehead.

Things that make you go hmmm....

Let's say Teresa sold 50% of DEI to Jr.

Should Teresa have kept the other 50% or should she have given it to Dale's other kids?

You have got to be kidding. It's been well over a year since decissions were made on both parts. What difference does it make now to do the "would of, should of, could of's". It is what it is and Jr is where he wants to be and TE has done what she feels is the best thing for her. Let it go people.

The point is the team shouldn't be Kelley or Jrs. Lets not forget Dale also has kids named Kerry and Taylor. Are the Jr fans pi$$ed that Kerry has some say in the race team or are they mad it will be Taylor's team?
