Teresa's shaking things up the wrong way for DEI

Full story: www.andalusiastarnews.com

Former Auburn football coach Pat Dye once said that "hindsight is 50/50." That quote has been popping in my mind a lot over the past week as the announcement came that Teresa Earnhardt had yet again put a dark ...

teresa should have let jr take over. her mind hasn't been on racing every since dale sr. died. sr. must be rolling over in his grave at the way she treats his children. she should be ashamed of herself.

Teresa did the best move that she could. Having Chip on board now is awesome. Nothing wrong with Teresa, she kept the team doors open for many years after sr. was killed. It wasn't Jr's team so get over it fans.

Was it Teresa or the Kids team in the will?

You are a stubborn sort, aren't you? You really know nothing about this but yet you post continually about it.

Really, if you don't remember that the red #8 on the track with Dale Sr.'s SON in it kept DEI afloat after his death, then you really are blind.

When Dale Jr. was still there, they could mitigate her dumb moves and lack of interest in the team. He's gone now and the sponsors are running for their lives.

Exactly...It amazes me that so many people that didn't know Sr. personally seem to know what a dead man's wishes were.

The will was made in 1992. How many folks are going to leave a company to a 17 year old? And save me the crap about Sr knew that and still didn't update his will. How many people in this country always say that will get around to updating it yet never do and it is too late? DEI was to be Junior's. Sr has stated this numerous times and people still say that Junior was a greedy brat. Unreal.

Teresa shouldn't care a F*** about Jr. He isn't her son so why give him a race team? The only person the team should goto is Taylor. Sr. left Teresa the team and it's done for.

Many people would leave a company to a 17 year old. A 17 year can run a company just like a 29 or 73 year old person could.

Did it ever cross your mind that Sr. didn't want the team going too Dale or Kelley?

How do you know Dale Sr. wanted the company to be in the control of his children?

A person should put in writing all wishes for present and future business affairs. Especially, if finances and business interest are involved. Did Dale Sr. inform Dale Jr. and Kelley, the company will be in your control?
I have not heard Dale nor Kelley say these words.
They did dispute because they knew it was not their company to own.

Dale Sr. married Teresa, she became his wife and she was a business partner. Unfortunately, he passed. The control interest does not leap from business partner to children. All control goes to other business partner.

Hypothetically, if Dale's brother was his partner, would people be saying to him, hey, you should give the company to your niece and nephew, it's what Sr. would have wanted.
No, he would not give interest to the children. He would be the rightful owner and he could run the company as he would like.

Again, How do you know that he did not want the company for his children? We are all just speculating, we don't really know for sure. But I do know one thing, Teresa is reaping what she sows IMO.

To answer your question...we KNOW he wanted the company to go to his children because he said it more than once. He was remiss in not updating his will so it is what it is but he was often quoted that this was his wish.

People say many things. Unfortunately, what he says does not matter.
What he penned to paper would have mattered.

Again,

What he says is not considered.
Words penned to paper are what matter.

Sr. left DEI to Teresa.

If he wanted his kids to have it he could have place something in writing stating that.

What makes you think Jr. has a clue how to run a race team.

Please, please enlighten me to what makes you think Jr. could run DEI better that Teresa.

Roush sold a percentage.

Evernham sold a percentage.

Petty sold a percentage.

DEI sold a percentage.

I guess Jack, Ray and Richard should be bashed as well.

Hmmmmm....

Next time you speak about something you know nothing about, DON'T.

It just shows your ignorance.

Did I say he DIDN'T have a race team?

NO!

What I said was;

"What makes you think Jr. has a clue how to run a race team".

Try and answer the question instead of twisting what I say into your own moronic thoughts.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Virgo

Words are flying around in all directions today, and the conversations will be fast and furious. You might face a lot of distractions and interruptions, or you could get caught up in some rather irritable slanging matches with a certain person. The busier you are, the more fraught you'll become and the more likely to go off the deep end.
