Rick Hendrick basically destroyed the chemistry of his team to pacify the whiny Jr. Gordon and Johnson must be pissed off about the whole Jr thing.

Hendrick has used Dale Jr. to make money off his name while using him as a guinea pig for to long so sooner the better.
