I think NASCAR would be a lot more fun if all the drivers were on heroin.

aint even funny - driving under the influence kills. Period. They may say ok with it, but we will see. Dont believe the forces behind the scene would come out and tell you if the cash cow is an asset to them. Only when a liability would they 'use this' if a choice too. Indpendent Principle conducting the analysis is a sure guarantee, right? ok, if you think people can't be bought off. Not cynical, a realist that all. But glad the driver's say ok - why wouldn't they?

Hope you were joking with this post. While NASCAR may not be the sport (don't go there) for everyone, the drivers are still driving at very high speeds, very close together and accidents happen all the time. Some a fender bender at their level, some more serious. I would hate to hear that someone died because a driver was under the influence or 'hung over' from the effects of drugs...my nickel's worth....sjt

now just how fast does a car have to go before it can kill somebody? All I'm saying - see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil "we are family" and heads would be rollin - wait a minute!!!! It already did happen and only now doing something about it. Wait a minute!!! It's happen more than once, but how many times? Just dissapointed believing all is good with hero's in sports today. Guess it was MLB that bout did it for me, it was no surprise to hear of this happening in Nascar. Go figure that - maybe there is a drug problem in this country, and yet they will cover it up. You bet I believe it - with all my heart.

By the way, how long are you under the influence if you use a drug? I KNOW I KNOW, but no need to go there. Point is it's all cool 'wooden' nickle. Here's a yankee dime back at you. Would hate to know the truth if it did ever happen - let us both pray it never does. Drugs kill period.

They should be required to shotgun a six pack during every pit stop and they should release a deer every 50 laps to make it worth watching.

What if we gave them nerf cars to drive? Then could we get them stoned first?

Nerf cars!

RU, ever read any Evan Kuhlman novels? One of them has a thread in it about Nerf cars.

Drug test them all... they're a bit whack out there anyway.

Might be more fun to watch..<grin> Also, those hot head drivers would just be giggling all the way around the track. Might be a little hard to get the Dorito crumbs from getting into places they shouldn't with the velocity....<giggle>..sj t

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Sagittarius

A little tact goes a long way today, enabling you to navigate your way through what has the potential to be a tricky situation. Luckily, things will work out well and you'll be pleased with the way you handled everything. If you're talking to a neighbor or close relative, beware of raising their hopes about something if you already know that it won't be happening.
