Mike Skinner says time mentoring Allmendinger was different than McDowell
Mike Skinner says he is open to the possibility of serving as a mentor and relief driver for another young Sprint Cup Series driver should the opportunity arise again.

I guess Skinner felt a little used but he would have to know that if a team owner hires him and is out of the top 35 they want him to get that car qualified. I get what he's saying though AJ probably learned alot where Mike Mcd. did not.
