Sadler Lawsuit Pending, Charges GEM with Breach of Contract

Elliott Sadler, released in December as driver of the No. 19 Dodge, claims Gillett Evernham Motorsports is in breach of contract.

I have thought about this, GEM signed AJ because he would race cheaper then Sadler. Desperation called and GEM acted!

The only thing A J does well is wreck. Sponsors will bail on him unless it's Monkey Butt powder. This deal is going to prove bad for Gillett and I'm going to laugh all the way to Daytona to watch this rich fool pour a lot of money down the drain for his idiotic ego. GILLETT is bad for NASCAR, small children and old people. HE SUCKS
