I am an attorney in Illinois with several clients who are unhappy Jani-King franchisees. We are in the process of forming a class action lawsuit against Jani-King. You could recover thousands of dollars because of your bad experience with this franchise. Please contact Rebecca Weinberg at rweinberg@manuelweinberg.com for more information.

I bought into Jani-King in 2002. That was the worst thing I have ever done. I ran into a man that also had bought into Jani-King and he told me to look up this up. I thought I was the only person that thought it was a bad Company.
When the Gulf Coast was hit with Katrina we lost everything we had. Where was Jani-King. I tried helping others that still had buildings to clean and it just didnt work. It was so bad. Know matter what I did and how hard I worked I never got the amount of money that I was told that I would get for the job. For some reason they always had a reason why they could take my money. There where times that I didnt even make enough money to pay my employees. Knowing that I had done the same accounts just like each month before. I am sorry that there are so many people have had such bad luck like I have. It got so bad I tried to get my own accouts and when the person that I talked to found out I was with Jani-King they would ask me to leave

Can you translate that?

Here's a joke

TOP 10 SIGNS YOUR KID'S WATCHED TOO MUCH RACING:
10. Begs you to sing him to sleep with the Penzoil theme
9. Afraid to go to sleep for fear Jr. Johnson is hiding under his bed
8. He's always asking the neighbor lady if she'd like a "high speed rear end lube"
7. Goes trick or treating dressed as Morgan Shepherd
6. Teachers find it difficult to correct his counting practice of-1,2, 3 YOU BASTARD! 4,5,6,7,8,9,10
5. Explains "F" on report card as "just one a them flunky deal,we'll get 'em next quarter"
4. Prefers Slick 50 on his Wheaties instead of milk
3. Says Speedy Dry works just as good on the bed wetting problem as it does on oil
2. When sleep walking acts so much like Sterling Marlin it's spooky

AND THE NUMBER 1 SIGN YOUR KID WATCHES TOO MUCH RACING:
1. Stands up in church about race time and yells " Yikes it's pea soup time I'm gettin' possessed!"

Mid '07 I was offered a "fully financed" franchise by a Master Franchise of Jani King. It seemed like a dream opportunity. With no experience in any aspect of running a business, the head office promised to manage every aspect of remittances. On dealer day, when other franchisers got small cheques for their hard work, I got nothing. From the dealer day money which Jani King was in full control over, remittances for tax, cpp ei & wcb were to be made on my behalf. But they never did get back to Revenue Canada about paying the thousands owed! I worked (as expected) 300+ hours for an hourly wage and was paid as such with the other workers on their payday. I submitted timesheets as did they. When rev can came to collect the approx 10 thousand dollars in acrewed debt which Jani King failed to remit as they promised, they abruptly cancelled my leases and kicked me out! As for more than 100+ hours I worked over the holiday season? Suddenly, they claimed I was not an hourly waged person but a business owner and I would not be paid for them as well, I was told the money I did recieve was earmarked for payroll and the taxes, ei, cpp and wcb! In essence, I was working only to pay the bills. I was thrown out with nothing but debt in the thousands! Furthermore, I didn't even write or pass a required Jani King competancy test to determine my elligability to become a franchisee. If there is any interest in a canadian class action lawsuit against Jani King I would be very interested in knowing. These people are crooks.

Rebecca Weinberg, please contact me regarding your class action lawsuit. It would take me days to sit here and type out the problems I've had with Jani King, The Jani King attorney here in dallas told me if I posted anything on the internet, they would sue me, and cost me tens of thousands of dollars. They are masters at keeping the truth about their so called franchises.

Me and my husband bought in to jani-king because they promise us that we would make our invested back in three mouths. We talk to the sale person a lot before we pay our money down. And he insure us we would not have to work after own training was complete. It seemed like a dream opportunity. it was the holiday seasonal and I talk to the sale person about the fact we had kids and in order to get start I need to be sure we would be able to make our money back from our investment due to the fact we where using all of our saving to start this and the presentation was good he insure me. Businsee was so good and throughout the training we where told and promise all kind of work would be available to use once training was over. We got one of contract for half of the work that was owned to us but after that we could not even get the sale on the phone. no one would to talk to us about other work as of today we are still owed work from our contract and when we call all we get answer machine when we did talk to the sale person ask when will we get more work he told us we need to try to find our own work and we try but no company want to work with jani-king I did not understand until now why. We have two kids and late bills I just want my money back to get back to a place we were before we made the biggest mistake of our live. do to the contract we have we cant take a vacation or just a weekend camping trip we don’t make enough money to hire some one to do the work and if we don’t; do the work jani-king will take the contract and we will still own them money of their fess.

I cannot begin to tell everything that Jani King has put me through. I have never seen such fraudulent business practices ever. I cannot believe that the justice system in this country have allowed these crooks to steal from people as they have. Rebecca I will be contacting you to see if there is anything that you can help me with.

I think all lawyers should get real jobs. Feel free to bring your suit. It and you will get tossed on the street faster than you can say "Dismissed". Jani-King has an amazing legal team, and will tear you to shreds.

I just found your note. Tracy, I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General State of Texas during the summer of'08. The things Jani King continues to get away with is out of sight! What's
happening with the class action law suit?

I just bought in with Bonus Building Care & yes it is a RIP OFF!!! When i first bought in i was told that i could get my own insurance, once i got my insurance each month they would come up with some reason saying my insurance was'nt right. It came down to me cancelling my policy!!! They want you to have all of these things in your policy that would make a insurance company stay fare away from you or your policy would be sky HIGH!!! I really feel i was miss leed when i bought in!!!!! terrymelliott@yahoo.com (Louisville Ky)
