Yes, the race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway was a debacle. No point in denying it.

More testing at all tracks for sure and listen to driver feedback is a start if they knew something was up they should have done something about it.

NASCAR needs to continue to take responsibility for decisions they make. The testing needs to be more often and more consistant as in small teams get to test as much as large teams. Indy is like driving on Daiamond Dust and NASCAR and Goodyear know that. I was a debaucle what happened at Indy for everyone. The track owners, the drivers and the fans.
Maybe they need to use the Hoosier tires like the ARCA series at Indy?

They had Hoosier tires years ago and they couldn't meet the supply and demand Nascar has so they lost the deal to be the supplier.(The below reference is pasted)
With the Nascar "tire count rule" which required all participating tire manufacturers to bring enough tires to every race to supply the needs of all of the cars in the field. With this rule in place, Hoosier was required to produce roughly 2000 tires a week to sell only a few hundred during each event. This rule eventually proved too costly for the company to endure, so a financial decision was made to exit the top two NASCAR series, much to the displeasure of many racing fans. Despite this setback, Hoosier's overall success and growth in the industry continued.

I am sorry but Goodyear just can not build a tire that can hold up. They dont have the smarts behind their company to do anything good. If nascar were to give the teams a choice between 3 different companies then I believe We wouldnt be having all of these problems. All of these problems have been because of Goodyear. Indy Atlanta and others. Now Talladega? How hard can it be to build a tire for Talladega? What is up either get to work or get out goodyear

Justice, I think someone did just get busted up, Denny being the first driver I have seen taken off a course on a stretcher in a long time.

Goodyear sucks oh yea, but how bout that dumb ass Carl "Flippy" Edwards wrecking the damn field. He will stop at nothing trying to get a win. Last week he wrecked himself trying to get a win, so you know he will wreck a team-mate trying to get a win at Talladega. What a selfish piece of SHIT. I do not like homosexuals any longer as Carl is as queer as a 7 dollar bill. Goodyear and Flippy Edwards, hand in hand dumb asses.

The tires did not cause Carls wreck. He drove in the back like a coward. I guess he knew
he did not know how to draft but now we all know.
I am not sure but I think he turned the wheel over to the duck just as he went to the front. He
needs to stay home and practice his video games and let his team mates stay in the chase.....

Huge, huge, huge stupid rookie mistake.. Took out a lot of good cars. Like Jr said, these guys don't know how to draft and that's what makes these races so crazy. Like Snow said, maybe he should practice drafting on his video games.

Getting taken out by blown tires is one thing but when a veteran makes a rookie mistake it hurts! If I'm not mistaking that was the only accident cause by a mistake yesterday all the others were tire issues.
