Why would you pick Scott Riggs? Not to be bitchy but he was employed by SHR and Tony decided not to keep him. What makes you think he would choose him to come back for a third car? If he was that confident in his driving abilities he would have picked him for the second car.

1. Kevin Harvick (granted because both Tony and Kevin are equally bullheaded, the combo might not work out).
2. Martin Truex, Jr.(his mellow personality would be a perfect fit with Tony and Newman. I think if you put him in a decent race car he would be unstoppable).
