If it went to the M.R.O. it has in fact been thru the lab analysis, and found to not be in compliance. I assure you it was not over the counter cold medicine.

Shades of Mayfield! The Dinger is in a doozy of a fix. He better hope like hell that part B sample comes back as clean as a baby's breathe The Roger won't think twice about sending his butt home to that good looking wife, for keeps.

The B sample will not come back negative, if it did, NASCAR looks stupid and their system is exposed as flawed. Almendinger is toast. NASCAR would hang a driver out to dry before it makes itself look stupid.

The request for the B sample to be tested has been made and it will take approximately 5 days for the results to come back. Hornish drives this weekend.

Hornish drives this weekend. its irrelevant at this point. Why doesnt NASCAR automatically test the "B" sample after a "positive"? Why does a driver have to "request" it?

Because they have to keep the "B" sample sealed until the accused (in this case AJ) has the chance to lawyer up and have a representative witness the testing of sample "B". If the seal is broken the sample can not be used.

I hope AJ went and had his own tests done at another lab not associated with NASCAR. Traces of whatever showed positive would have still been his system or negative if it wasn't. If there was something there,it's another hard lesson learned by playing Cat-N-Mouse with Nascar. Years ago the drivers didn't use drugs. They just got totally drunk and the pit crew poured them in the car and off they went. If there was a bad wreck, the drivers didn't feel the injuries until Monday morning.

Jeremy Mayfield had his own tests completed which came back negative where Nascar's tests came back positive. Where did that get him?
