This an intersting story, how many fees could be waived from law abiding citizens if they caught these crooks from the get go? Finally, it must be easy to defraud the medicaid system since it has been done many times over!!

They are not the only ones billing this way. How many of you go to your Dr. for ex. a sore throat and the charges include billing for not only looking at you throat but for an "exam", and you are with the dr for 10 min tops and the billed amount is 100 plus. Check it out.

They sure do!! Don't even try to fight it either. I blew the whistle on my ex-Doc who billed me for zero care... not even so musch as a small examination. He said he was "uncomfortable" with my symptoms and wanted me to go to Strong to be seen. I reported him when I got the bill and they still billed my insurance and myself after investigating. Investigating what??? His fraudulaunt paperwork suggesting he cared for me. I think he got his medical license from a gumball machine.

Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"? Not much point having a trial, given the apparent sentiment of the posters here... but it bears mentioning that an indictment is not the same thing as a conviction.
