the project will bring a lot of benefits to the Island of Penang, It will bring back the shine to the pearl of the orient as Penang was known at one time. I am looking forward to more jobs, more smiles back to the ordinary people of Penang.

If they just stop pumping sewarage from canals directly into the sea then maybe there will be clear waters again - and less rats
