It seems that many government workers are on "Administrative leave". This is usually an indication of wrongdoing or gross incompetence. It is also a paid vacation for many people at taxpayers expense because management can't make tough decisions to fire these people. Poor whatshername, she is sooo close to retirement.

Is there a database of those who are on Administrative leave, for what reasons and for how long so we can determine whether this is an abuse of taxpayer money?
