Aliens know that if they get past the border guards, they are no longer under exclusion proceedings, 8 USC 1182, but under deportation proceedings, 8 USC 1152b, where there are endless appeals--enough to easily drag them out until the next amnesty.

I don't pity anyone who ignores the laws of the U.S. When they try to enter our country by force and do not care who gets hurt or killed in the process, that sound more like an invasion.

It is not the USA that is at fault that the Mexican people are starving for a better life it is Mexico's fault they need to take care of their people and offer them what they come to seek here in the USA but Mexico is smarter and they are the cruel ones because they do not care about their people they want stupid USA to take in millions of Mexicans and in that way Mexico does not over populate.

Great! Now we can expect to hear about this over and over in the news and this will definitely bring lot of controversy not to mention a lawsuit headed by an ignorant lawyer fool protecting the rights of immigrants. What rights though? You are illegal! You are breaking the law!

It's wonderful to hear that the law enforcement personnel were able to shoot so well, while defending our country from the Invaders.

Seems as though the illegals are getting desperate to come over. Perhaps the new border fence is doing its job! Good!

Does the border fence electrocute? Look throw any scum lawyer who would defend illegal human trafficking over the fence to Mexico. Let them enjoy a nice Mexican prison for starters. Sick of these lawyers defending those who break the law through illegal entry. They belong where they came from without tying up our courts! I thought these people are so proud of Mexico instead of fighting for change at home, they run away, like cowards. Then one anchor baby later & the US government checks start coming in!
i love the way u just wrote it we have so many of these lawyers in el paso

Your legalese soulds like you may be a border patrol agent type yourself. Any sane rational person whould question US Agents opening fire on these vans, possibly injuring or killing innocent people who are only breaking US immigration laws so their families won't starve in the pathetic NAFTA era.

Mexico will always be Mexico. A third world country! There is only one way to fix things! An atomic bomb! However America is too close to them without also being affected.

They are not innocent people at all. They willingly and knowingly are breaking the laws.

I agree. But this is the same talk that was on these threads two years ago. And unless something changes drasticly it will be on here far into the future. We need to get the Governments attention. They need to understand that we are not crawling out of bed at the crack of dawn anymore to feed illegal Mexican's families, and pay their hospital and tuition bills. Everyone had better start calling the jack asses in charge of this country. Ring there F'n phones off the hook. It's almost to late.

Bill... you are obviously on the opposite end of the spectrum, and have not been following Juarez voilence very closely. ILLEGAL ALIENS, or anyone at the border crossings, needs to be aware that we dont want the violence in the US. And I stand by the agents in regards to defending our borders, as that is what they are trained to do. GOOD JOB BOYS.

Good point. Too bad "bill" can't be honest about his true motives in the second post above. Thanks for solving the "bill" puzzle.
