Goes unpunished. Used jackets? Clearly listed as contraband not to be introduced into Mexico. 78 new jackets looks like your on your way to the sober reudas. Try coordinating with a legitimate Mexican charity if you really want poor Mexican children to have winter jackets that their parents can sell.

I have helped poor people in Mexico in the past. The Aduanas, and also the Federal police are one obstacle that makes it hard to help. So I have quit doing so. They either want a bribe or pay-off. Until the corruption stops from the ground low life police, to the upper tier's of government I will not help anymore. The costs were sold by the person that took them. Not hard to figure that one out.

In Mexico I can help with my hands and sometimes with money. But to try and import help is a no go.
