He's NOT an immigrant, but he is and illegal alien border jumper who should take his legal degree to his home country and practice there.

His parents brought him here when he was a child. It's not like he could have said no. My problem with this is why did it take the government so long to find this guy?

He seems smart enough that he had to know he was illegal very early on, and what the rammifications were. But he went forward anyway and decided he would rather try to change the law. An option that is not afforded to illegals in other countries.

The USA is weak ehen it comes to illegals, unlike other countries. In Mexico I would have been arrested and out of here the same day.

I was pulled over at a road block just North of Chihuahua City. They asked for my ID and my Visa. I told them I have a Visa and I live with my Wife in Chihuahua. I could not find my Visa. They took me from the car handcuffed me and were going to take me to jail. He told me they would have me back in the USA by the next morning. Deported.

My friend who is a Mexican citizen found the Visa tucked inbetween the seat luckily.

My friend called me a wetback and asked how does it feel. Be both got a good laugh out of it and still do, to this day. This happened about 7 months ago.
