Why not try to tap into the pipeline away from the city? I am sure there was more cover in order to do it in the city, but the danger was so much higher.

What is it with many Mexicans and their absolute lack of concern for the lives of fellow Mexicans? Why isn't the Roman Catholic Church doing more to teach it's followers there to stem the violence and to stop having so many children who are destined to be born into poverty?
