This from a country that thinks nothing of giving an 18 year old a firearm and sending them halfway around to slaughter human beings in wars started for no reason, and they're worried about a plant?? This country is getting insane!

Miley should lay off the hallucinogenic stuff. She looks like she was in a terrible car wreck already. Maybe it was for medicinal purposes. If so, she needs a lot more of it.
