It's all well and good to go out of country, but many medical insurance policies and Medicare are not useable beyond the U.S. borders.
I for one have military health insurance, which by staus of foces agreement is valid only within the confines of the U.S. and it's posessions.
Maybe you could address this dilema in a future column. My wife and I are not about to give up something we have worked hard and earned for our years of service to this country..

davis46 if the health insurance issue is a factor you should look into how reasonably priced it is in Mexico. Most Americans buy a policy and keep the other USA insurance. There are thousands of us living in Mexico and health issues are easily dealt with.
