That alright Red China got plenty of money to loan the USA to give away---besides if they fix social security by raising the age before drawing it and reducing the checks amounts---that will free up about a trillion dollars they can give away.
Besides it is in the USA Constitution that Congress must borrow money to give to other countries so other countries future generations do not have to repay the loans-----but USA future generation must repay the loans made to give them the money---how else will Congress have the money to give other countries which makes the Congress People World Leaders.
