If I lived in Juarez---I would either move away---
or have a small arsenal; their politicians "are from hunger" that do not want the citizens to own guns---bottom line, the cartels are well armed, but by the ridiculous Mexican laws, the unarmed citizens can not return fire.
When I have suggested to Mexican Officials that they should allow their people to have guns, they reply that "Oh, we don't want that".
Apparently innocents taking rounds is OKay; but returning fire,,,ain't.
No wonder so many Mexicans want "to get out of Dodge".
