Yep. More pap about the plight of people who took a foolish risk that didn't pan out as they had hoped. That's not the problem of US taxpayers.

There are lots of sob stories in the USA also. Why does the USA have to deal with, and read sob stories of citizens, of other countries. I guarantee you they are not printing sob stories of down and out Americans in Mexico papers. I live here so I know they are not. Why, because they do not care to hear them. They are not jammed down their throats like in the American news media.

Why 5 kids when you are so poor? I know but so does everyone else. There are uneducated people all over the world and that is what this boils down to. But why should American take the dumb downed people when we already have plenty of them sucking the system already.

Suck off your own country. Go back and tell your sob stories in your country to someone who really does not care either. Honestly people would not even care about this story in Mexico.

They really need to come up with a better reason why they're here. This one's old and worn out.

all they have is tugging at the heartstrings. They did something that knew was wrong, they knew that the odds of getting caught were good. Now that they have been rightfully caught and face punishment, they was a mulligan.

Life would be great if we could all get a do-over on our bad choices..

His parents had 5 children even though they could not afford even one and then dad came to the U.S. illegally looking to steal money. Once he had stolen enough money he then returned to Mexico and brought the family to the U.S. illegally risking the lives of his children. Shortly after they arrived daddy abandoned the family and left them broke, in a foreign country thousands of mile from home and family.
A story like this is so sad and just another reason why we should increase border security and step up enforcement of immigration laws to prevent this from happening. If it had not been so easy for the father to sneak across the border then return and bring his family over the border and abandoning them in the U.S. this would have never happened.
The parents, primarily the father, and those that encourage illegal immigration are responsible for his plight. Not the U.S. taxpayer or those that oppose illegal immigration and are demanding that the laws be enforced. It is those that demand amnesty and oppose the enforcement of the law that are responsible for the situation this family is in.
