I have been to the "real" part of Mexico, far from the tourists areas! I stayed at my Mexican Father in laws house, not a yuppied up condo on the beach! I had to speak what Spanish I know to get by, and I even walked alone about half a mile back to my Father in laws to get my son different clothes at 1:30 am New years Eve!! NOT at all scary, very respectful people, extremely beautiful...OH and they even use refrigerators, and working toilets! WOW...I know it's hard for some to grasp fully, but it is the truth! Mexico is an AWESOME place, and I cannot wait to visit again!
