In a study conducted from 1989-1991 of United States and Mexico border communities, researchers discovered that the mortality rates from cervical cancer of Mexican women were triple that of women in the U.S. - a disparity that raised eyebrows, causing many to question why.

Higer teen pregnancy rates among hispanic teens indicate that the young women are not demanding that their mates use protection, thus they have higher rates of HPV, the virus that makes the women more prone to developing cervical cancer. Spend the money on education not turning up obvious answers.
