Mexico increasingly a failed state with rape, torture, murder spilling into U.S

Mexico’s governing class has long been one of the most venal and corrupt in the world. For many years, the ruling Institutional Party of the Revolution (PRI) dominated national and state politics, dispensing favors to the privileged, repressing any and all signs of dissent, and generally living off the fat of the land. This ended in 2000, when the candidate of the conservative opposition, Vicente Fox, captured the presidency, but the breakup of the PRI’s political monopoly did little to liberalize Mexican society, which remained sunk in poverty, corruption, and spiraling violence. The violence is generated primarily by the rising drug cartels, which have grown to the point where they threaten the authority of the governing structures, until today, when they are attacking government convoys, and no one – not even the head of security for a major state – is safe.

And this is the government our own federal government kisses the a$$ of. I'm certainly not surprised. It sounds quite similar to our own federal government. No wonder the globalist Socialist traitors in Washington and Mexico want a North American Union that would join our countries in a borderless blob of corruption, sick greed and powermongering, and the enslavement of the common people.

Plant a garden, folks, and protect it with shotguns. Even more interesting times are coming.

I agree Indy. I firmly believe Arizona's enactment of their new law (which I love) is the straw that broke the camel's back. American people are definitely watching and will react. Regardless of the so called fraudulent "polls" done, the majority of American people want the illegals deported along with their illegal anchor babies. It will be interesting to see how many illegals abandon their children once they are no longer the "bank" for them.

You can thank drug addicted Americans who funnel billions of dollars a year for these drug cartels to fight, kill, rape, and pillage for control of a horrible drug trade that Americans feed.

Of course we know it's not all America's fault as Mexico stinks to begin with but drug addict Americans are not helping this problem one bit.

I hope some Americans acknowledge that this problem indeed has the blood of Americans smeared all over this war on drugs.

Seal the border!

WHAT REALLY PISSES ME OFF IS THAT OUR GOVERNMENT IS ALL WORRIED ABOUT AN OIL SPILL IN THE GULF OF MEXICO, SENDING NATIONAL GUARDSMEN TO ASIST IN CLEANUP, AND THROWING HOMELAND SECURITY ALL OVER IT BUT THEY'LL LET THIS MEXICAN DRUG PROBLEM BOIL OVER INTO THE USA LIKE IT'S NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.

I see plenty of illegal immigrants leaving in the short term but I doubt that their US born children will suffer the same fate.

Lets not forget they're legally US Citizens even if you think otherwise.

You make it seem like AFDC is some gold mine and these people are becoming very rich.

Be realistic.

Mass upheaval?

How so, all I see is people protesting a controversial Arizona law. The National Guard is not even being called out on anyone, heck local law enforcement has contained all the bottled water throwers so far and our federal government is worried more about marine life by sending National guardsmen to the gulf of Mexico to clean up oil in the ocean.

But you can force laws all you want, as long as they're legal and constitutional, right?

The US isn't consuming all the drugs Mexico and other countries south of us produce. Elements in our corrupt federal government have been active in covert drug trafficking and exportation of those drugs to other countries for decades. The CIA makes a ton of money dealing in drugs and ships them out of the USA as easily as if they were Chinese made trinkets. That's the reason Rep. Sonny Bono was murdered. He'd obtained hard proof, witnesses, and names, and was about to expose them.

In any case, this isn't a chicken-egg question of logic. Without the drugs, there would be no addiction to them. The drugs have to be there first. If Mexico and other countries getting filthy rich on producing tons and tons of illegal drugs were honest and had even a basic sense of morality, they wouldn't be eager to enslave people with chemicals no matter where they live.

I agree with your last point. The fedgov has its own priorities, and the American people aren't one of them.

I know of Alex Jones and have seen his DVDs. There are many other sources for the same information, however. I tend to read books that delve deeply into specific areas of the problem. They have documentation and proof that's impossible to deny or ignore. They also all point to the same conclusions that Mr. Jones reports.

It is no longer called AFDC in California. It is now called CalWORKS.
Anyway, no the amounts issued is not a gold mine to the average Californian. However the amount exceeds what a Mexican Citizen earns working in Mexico. That attracts them here because for them it sounds like a large amount of money.
So they come here have babies here those childen are eligible for CalWORKS. Then the Dad starts working he is paid cash so he doesn't report the income (as required) to their CalWORKS worker. So their cash aid, food stamps, free medical, dental, prenatal care, WIC, free public school education, etc. It is not traceable by fraud investigators because the Dad has no SSN.
All paid for and supported by U.S. Taxpayers.

What you report is TRUE.

I used to work for a county in CA. Believe it or not, the county had employees whose job definition -- in black and white on the county roster -- was "Undocumented"; in other words, all they did was process payments for undocumented indigents. I was outraged.

Some people are frightened by the truth and refuse to see it because they would have to give up being comfortable. These people seriously endanger the future of our country and our freedom.

Other people try to assassinate Alex because he finds the truth, tells it, and digs for more. These are the enemy.

That's cool, I've watched a few of his movies. It really makes you question our government. I've never really trusted government and have always felt that less is better, but that doesn't seem to be the cup of the day lately with our government.

I wasn't trying to put all the blame on Americans just acknowledging that specifically drug addicted Americans do buy allot of what those Drug Cartels make.

Sometimes when I hear of drug cartels I often think of American pharmaceuticals also. Some people think that just becuase a doctor prescribes it to you that it makes those kinds of addictions OK.

Nothing like having a product that your buyers will kill over.

And the feds can kiss my butt. They're really making waves with the American people.

For high traffic areas, 30-40 ft razor wire fences perpendicular with the border could be used to funnel border jumpers deep into the waterless desert to collection points, where they would remain in a weakened condition, to be easily apprehended and trucked back to Mexico on a regular basis. Make the fences a movable maze to confuse the coyotes who really don't care who makes it or not as long as they get their money.
