The problem is more widespread than this. Dear Leader is a true dictator, recently using his majority position to pass first reading an 'omnibus bill' of over 200 pages completely revising over 80 areas.

Most of these change give more power to the minister to make arbitrary change at the request of the PM, while stripping power from the ELECTED representatives.

And the environment is one major target of this 'pogrom'.

The plan seems to be to remake Canada in the image of a third world resource center before the next election.
