The amount of time that this guy was given was absolutely absurd! Thank God for Linda Neal, she made a courageous decision.
Thank God for Linda is right. She seems like a nice girl. I hope someone sees this story and offers her a job. She deserves it. God bless her. I'd move if I were her though because this guy is a WHACO and could possibly come after her. I would also end my friendship with his girlfriend because she's weird as well. How are you going to be friends with his wife and try to write a book with her and him together. Linda, honey, get out of this mess. They don't deserve your friendship. You deserve better.

I can't get over this. Cheneta is a friend of my cousin's, and we used to go to parties all the time. I was stunned last night watching all that she has endured. You just never know. When my aunt called me to tell me to watch I was sure she had to be mistaken. For those who asked, NO she does not plan to include "Manny" as a co-writer. Thank God for Linda. Cheneta if you see this, Yolanda and Joyce are praying for you and Linda.

I'm still in disbelief. I'm a musician and knew Eman personally. I had not heard a thing about this until Dateline last night. Living on the west coast had a little to do with that. I would have never thought he had this side to his personality. ...I'm so stunned I'm at a lost for words. I pray that he turns his life around. With that light of a sentence he'll still have time to.

I saw this on Dateline last night and it is appalling. I fear for these women when this jerk is released. 4.5 years is nothing. The people in Philkadelphia need to remember this Judge's name at election time.

Linda thank God for people like you. You are truly a blessing to all man-kind. Cheneta think about what you are doing writing a book with someone who wanted to take you away from this earth. Please think about your children and yourself. Linda if no one else told you Thanks!

I heard that too that they were all going to write a book together, is this some kind of plot to make money? Now ask yourself, I would be very disapointed in all the woman involved if they let Manny be a part of that. They should do the book make the money and leave him in the dust.

This guy is not the only one out there with a woman in every city and a wife and girlfriend at home. They treat it like Mr. Big Stuff until they get caught and then they are ready to try to kill somebody. I really hope that this opens up the eyes and ears of women everywhere and IF you are involved with an industry guy be careful because this same thing could happen to you. Don't think he's only into you. Just ask him! Or, just pay more attention to his actions when he is around you. Some men have a way of giving themselves away with the way they act. Women have got to start talking more to each other acting like sisters that you are.

I grew up across the street from Joe. Most of the other guys on the block ended up dead or in jail..He seemed to have so much promise. I saw him the last time I was in town, about three years ago and he was so proud of touring with the Stylistics. It is hard to believe this is the same guy. I'm glad his mother Eleanor did not live to see what what became of him.

The disturbing thing is the stupidity of the people telling not to get involved.

Hadn't she got involved, the idiot would have hired someone else to do the job and she'd have had this on her concious for the rest of her life.

This is the real problem in the black community, the wealth of bad advice there is in it.

What led Mr. White to contact Linda to murder his girlfriend? I missed that part on the Dateline program. Why did he believe that she would kill someone for him? Thanks in advance.
Linda was a well known hit person and she was recommended highly, people don't call you for things like this unless this is what you do.So stop she's not innocent she's a snitch

Did Joseph White attempt to have any of his other girlfriends murdered? Does anyone know? I was wondering if he just hates women in general if you know what I mean.

Apparently, he was given her number from someone who knew her. She's kind of a tough sister, having a belt in karate and being able to defend herself. She's a sweetheart who looks like she could take on any guy. But she was offended that someone would think that just because she was from a poor neighborhood and knew karate that she would become a murderer. God bless her.
I am a tenth degree black belt this linda person is not a blackbelt shes just a contract killer from the hood.Did you notice that her water was supposed to be turned off but she was driving a new truck.Sounds a little strange to me

I also saw the program and was horrified at the fact that a woman whose life was almost taken as viciously as he'd planned, can even consider collaborating with HIM!!! I can see her writing this book in colaboration with the wife for they have so much in common and SHOULD benefit from this horrendous story that IS worth telling to forwarn more women of the signs of domestic violence and deceit of men. Also, when a man tells you he is married, that in and of itself is a warning sign that he is not the man for YOU!!!!
