I'm sorry but those are fairly whacked lists. Its obvious that this is a younger generation. The true rap era (when it was great) was from 1986-1995 & peaking at around 1988. Here's 25 songs that if you guys havent heard should go download or buy immediately & it might wake you up to understand how good rap was back in the late 80's & into the early 90's & not this watered down bubble gum bull****.

1. Straight Outta Compton (NWA)
2. My Philosophy (Boogie Down Productions)
3. Follow the Leader (Eric B & Rakim)
4. I Aint No Joke (Eric B & Rakim)
5. Squeeze the Trigger (Ice-T)
6. Boyz in the Hood (Eazy-E)
7. We Aint Going Out Like That (Cypress Hill)
8. Rhymin & Stealin (Beastie Boys)
9. Paul Revere (Beastie Boys)
10. No Half Steppin'(Big Daddy Kane)
11. Night of the Living Bassheads (Public Enemy)
12. Rebel Without a Pause (Public Enemy)
13. Fight the Power (Public Enemy)
14. Protect Ya Neck (Wu Tang Clan)
15. Bring Da Pain (Method Man)
16. Tear the Roof Off (Method Man & Red Man)
17. Wicked (Ice Cube)
18. Good Day (Ice Cube)
19. King of Rock (Run DMC)
20. Changes (Tupac)
21. Hypnotize (Biggie)
22. One Mic (Nas)
23. Party Up in Here (DMX)
24. Gin & Juice (Snoop Dogg)
25. Forgot about Dre (Dr. Dre w/Eminem)

No way is eminem the best. Not even in the top 20 all-time. Yes he is skilled as a rapper, but every legendary rapper is either dead, out of the game or older so the young generation arent as attracted to buy thier stuff. And Eminem being white & the commercial stuff he does appeals to a very wide audience. Ask a 35 year old black man what are his favorite 25 songs & I bet my list is a lot closer to anyone else's here. While Tupac was a great rapper he wasnt never even talked about as the greatest until after he died. Much like Nirvana after Kurt Cobain died. Tupac was the 3rd best rapper at Death Row right before he died.
