R. Kelly trial

When we last left the R. Kelly case, the attorneys had agreed upon 8 jurors-half the number needed for the trial.

She can "say" she liked it, but the law says that is NOT a defense.

So the prosecution has to:

1. Seat video experts that establish that it is "he" on the tape(s).

2. Establish through the FBI enhancers that the child victim is the one the prosecution claims.

3. Allow the FBI document team to conform the authenticity and related age of the evidence.

4. Present this, then allow jurors to watch to see if they see that "he" engaging in sexual conduct.

Alas, conviction.

The PEDOPHILE is toast, and spends a few decades in a place where females don't live.

Because even though the girl claims it is not her, there is the possiblity that he violated some under-aged girl and he needs to be punished if he did. The way the media exploited this case, if I were her I would deny it was me too and take the money instead.

Thank You, its refreshing to hear from someone who cares about our children. We live in a sick society where it is legal to be part of a group like nambla and where that little girl in the video is called fast and robert kelly is called a musical genious and we wonder why the girl wont come forward and admit the truth. Why? so she can be publicly humiliated and called all kinds of names by adults who should know better, it would be great if she could be strong enough and have courage to admit the truth but on the other hand I can understand why she will not.
