Precisely, they're raised in a generation where mom and dad are both at work so they get no attention. I mean, just watch TV, watch the news.
The only time these kids get recognition from their workaholic, self absorbed parents is when they either A. Attempt or commit suicide, or B. Blow up their school.
Is it any wonder that this fad became so popular?
Excuse me? Raised with both parents at work? Not that many I know of... We all get enough attention, don't always watch "TV" and a lot of us actually have jobs. Now, would you like to tell me how many kids actually try to commit suicide or blow up the school? I know of none, but I know many emos... so I just blew up that idea, didn't I? Do I seem smug to you? I don't care, because I know what I am and I am completely happy with everything right now.

We're lucky we just missed it, if i was born 6 or 7 years later I dont know how I'd deal with these morons. Man I was happy when I graduated.
Yeah. And then they all gravitated toward me like we had something in common. I can get along with just about anybody, but if you aproach me and want to start a friendship based on the futility of life then I say fuck off. I mean, there were emo kids that I could get along with, but we actually talked about things other than depression. Yeah I get it, we're all depressed, lets try to focus on something else.

Agreed, bottom line is I dont respect ANYONE who cant deal with their problems appropriately. Not my fault if a certain group mostly pertain to a stereotype. Its natural human reaction to group common like things together, if we didnt have that skill we'd all be f*cked. That it why racism will always exist, unless all our cultures assimilated, but who wants that? Embrace differences, fight morons

Yeah that is a good point. Emo or not, people who don't know how to control their emotions are dangerous, and not much fun to hang out with. Your thought should govern your emotions, your emotions shouldnt govern your thought.

So whats going on with everyone? Anything interesting?

Me and my mates tried arranging a huge group of people to go sledding, but a bunch of rednecks tried picking a fight with us.

DAMN REDNECKS!

Last time I went sledding I was still in high school. Some bitch threw a snowball at my friend so i made one and nailed her in the face from like 10 feet away, man was that priceless. Until her and 2 of her friends rushed me, in that 3 on 1 no one ending up winning we ended up getting seperated by some guys. Then the next day we go to the same hill again and they were there, they almost broke my arm with their sled. I was knocked out and when i came to my shoulder to my hand was completely numb on the left side. My wrist is still fucked to this day
