Ventura. What a sad excuse for a man. Not his real
name either. This 'failed' former Governor of
Minnesota hates the USA and should go back and stay in Mexico. A Total Fraud!
You are a delusional moron.

Jesse Ventura on 'The View' Destroys Torture Arguments
Why so often in the media does this become a technical brain cramp? Jesse does a great job of deflecting the "Nancy Pelosi said this" and "so-and-so did that." He also easily dismisses arguments claiming waterboarding is effective as a truth-finding tool.

Jesse was on Fox and Friends this morning and gave a "Slap Down" to all three of them especially that Chickenhawk Kilmead, it was funny, Kilmead was so mad he couldn't stand it but he could do nothing with Jesse and ran like the coward he is!

Bush, Cheney and Rummy, throw in Rove and Gonzo for entertainment! I would rather see Limbaugh, Hannity and Savage get waterboarded by Jesse and a couple of other Seals til they pooped and pee'd their pants and said Keith Olbermann was the King of Talking Heads and "W" was the coward he is and lied US into a useless, unnecessary war!

They are not "Warmongers" and Chickenhawks like Cheney, Bush, Rove, Wolfowitz, Feith and the rest of the NEOCONs that brought US the stupid war in Iraq for some reason that noone can come up with now! Even Clinton finally registered for the Draft, something Cheney didn't do. Bush on the other hand used his daddy's influence to get pilot training for an airplane that was obsolete and being phased out, cost the taxpayers over $2 Million to train him along with some Dallas Cowboys and other rich kids, then he just quit, went AWOL for 2 years and never returned to his Texas Unit, was "outprocessed" in Kansas! Big difference from wanting a "crusade" for israel and revenge on Saddam or war profiteering!

"Draft Dodgers"? Barak Obama was about 10 when the draft ended. Franken graduated in 1973 and was not subject to the Draft. Clinton registered for the Draft and got a high number and the Draft ended before that number was called! Try again!

Now why would Dick Cheney lie? He has no reason to lie...You people have been taught for the past 8 years to hate Bush and Cheney with a vengence...I betcha none of you know why you really hate them...you hate them just because...
lol
For example....why would Dick Cheney lie? Are you for real? Dick is lying now because he is trying to keep his ass out of prison. He has been lying for years, and will keep on lying till his last breath.

General Anthony Zinni, USMC,(Ret.) Remarks at CDI Board of Directors Dinner, May 12, 2004 http://tinyurl.com/8ldmo
ZINNI: First of all, Iím not going to speak for the chiefs. And, Iím not going to speak against them in any way. I will tell you this. When I was a commander at U.S. Central Command, and Hugh Shelton was the chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, Hugh Shelton sent us the book Dereliction of Duty. He required all of us 17 four-star General Commanders to read the book. And we all reported to Washington, I believe it was (the) 28th of January, 1998, for a breakfast meeting.

At that meeting was a then young Army Maj. McMaster who wrote the book. Dereliction of Duty describes the dereliction on the part of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the Vietnam War, who had strong feelings about all the mistakes that were being made, but didnít speak their minds, and didnít speak up, with the exception of former Commandant of the Marine Corps, David Shoup. The message to us, after we heard this, from Hugh Shelton is, that will never happen here. And the message to us from Secretary Cohen at that time, too, is that door is always open, and your obligation to the Congress, which is an obligation to the American people to tell them what you think, still stands strong. And thatís the expectation that we have.

We didnt use it on McVeigh etc because all the players were in jail, and there wasnt a network that presented an imminent threat. I know you arent stupid, but that statement was. We waterboarded Muslim EXTREMISTS (not Muslims; another stupid statement) because of the threat to innocent lives their terror metwork aspired. They are not trying to steal TV's, they are trying to kill families because they are of a different religious persuasion.
End of story...

Wrong. The government kept McVeigh and Nichols for a long time interrogating them to find out if there were other players in the OKC bombing. They often said they weren't totally sure these two worked alone, and let's face it, they probably did not.

No, I'm not stupid and I don't think that statement was stupid either, nor do I think it is stupid to ask the question of why, if waterboarding is ok, do we not allow our police to waterboard suspects in our country?

Waterboard EXTREMISTS only? How do you know? Aren't we always assuming they're extremists and the waterboarding is a way of find out....besides, there are plenty of Christian EXTREMISTS in the USA, do we plan to waterboard them, too?

Dick Cheney is not worried ONE IOTA about going to prison. Are you really that naive?
Then why is he whining so much and trying to cloud the issue/muddy the water? Will he and Bush come before the Congressional hearings that are to come, individually, not together as they did before? Cheney would take the 5th Amendment out in a second. They should ask "W" why he classified all the e-mails on Pat Tilman's murder, then destroyed them?
