Obviously whe wouldn't go to the concert with less than four other friends, she would have to be retarded not too, so she did. They should just ask the four friends she went to the concert with, obviously they know where she is. I don't see what the problem is, as all of them can tell and they can go where she is and talk to her.

None of the pictures look the same. Did she have a face / nose job or gain a lot of weight?

Have you NOT been following this story?! Go back to your cave. She was with friends, left to go to the bathroom and somehow ended up outside and they wouldn't let her back in because she didn't have her stupid ticket stub, and the UVA/JPJ security was too stupid to let a young woman ALONE come back into the lobby area. She called her friends and told them she couldn't get back in and that she would make her own way home. Later another woman saw her arguing with a male in the parking lot. I'm still praying for her safe return. God be with her and her parents.

She is a beautiful girl, with the initial description of the clothing she was wearing, I am sure that many must have noticed her. As days go by, the outcome of this looks the more bleak, such a sad state of affairs . My heart breaks for her family as they sit and wait for a outcome

I pray for the safe return of this young lady. The window is getting narrower. I notice that people are dispersing the blame all over the place and that is just nonsense. This is a unique situation as they are all different. It isnt JPJ's fault nor Morgan's. When I go out I often find myself in a bad spot. I have been very fortunate as have many of you. JPJ takes the measures necessary to ensure safety of the public, but there will always be a situation that slips through the cracks. It is an unfortuante case and again, I am praying for Morgan, her family and her friends.

why did she end up outside, if she was going to go use the bathroom, jpj got plenty of bathrooms, and she called her friends to say she find her own way back home.. blacksburg is 2 1/2 hours away from charlottesville, i mean theirs things that just don't make sense, worst comes to worse , go chill at the car till show is over, sit on the steps where its well lite, if she can call her friends and say all that then why wouldn't her friends meet her at the door with the ticket stub.. God Bless her family, and i hope shes ok, but the situation is kinda strange

No they don't. Can't stand their music or so called music BUT I do admire them for what they have done. That's the human side of them coming out. Not many bands out there would have done that. My country hats off to them. I sure hope this helps find this beautiful young lady. My prayers are with her and her family. Oh yeah, I'm old enough to remember when Metallica first started playing and that's been a while. There were some good bands back in that time. I just didn't care for Metallica. I guess it's all in what you like. Enjoy!!!

Obviously there is more as to why she went outside than her friends are telling. They need to come clean. Hard to believe they didn't say anthing about her missing or their not seeing her until questioned by Morgans parents the following day.
Praying for Morgans safe return.

Yeah, they do. And I didn't like them when they first came out, either, but I've developed an appreciation for Metal the further over-the-hill I go. Weird, too, because aren't you supposed to develop more of an appreciation for Lawrence Welk? Again, still praying and hoping for Morgan's safe return.

I'm not sure, as I grow older, the louder the music I like....Maybe i am a bit hard of hearing, but I like it loud too....I listen to all kinds of music, but Lawrence Welk isn't one of them, just the other day we were riding down the road and I had a CD in that I made, and one of my workers asked, is this the greatful dead ? I answered yea, this song came out when I was a baby, which to someone who was born the year I graduated high school makes it classical music to them. But I remember one of you earlier posts, nothing like pulling up to someone close to your own age or younger at a red light with your music cranked up and jamming out.........

She's smoking in most of her pictures placed on facebook by her friends, so I'm sure she went out for a smoke.

"Virginia State Police tell us they spent eight hours canvassing around the arena Saturday night, handing out missing persons fliers with Morgan’s picture, description, and the tip line number."

Wow, handing out fliers a WEEK LATER?!?! I'm sure if this girl had been one of THIER kids they'd have been handing out fliers the following DAY. Unbeleiveable. I agree, the window is getting narrower and I hope and pray that shes still alive somewhere.

Let's try to stay on topic, folks. Find another online forum if you so desperately want to discuss rock bands. Doing it here is in very poor taste, as if you didn't know. And Angie from Palmyra, I won't even say the thoughts that popped into my head when I read your dumb post. I will, however, say that you must be extremely unhappy with yourself to make a comment like that. Maybe you should take your mind off Ms. Harrington for a bit and take a few seconds to focus on your own issues.

I'm concerned because this story is only staying active in the local media and on Facebook. The national news links aren't carrying it anymore. There were a couple of brief clips on Saturday morning but that's it. If we don't keep this story in the forefront of the media poor Morgan will get lost in the shuffle of daily news.

This is a perfectly normal police tactic - they use the same night as the event happened at around the same time, as there will be people who regularly pass there on the same day at the same time. It's those people who pass through the area regularly that are far more likely to notice and remember something out of the ordinary hence waiting a week to hand out these leaflets. They've used the local and national media to attract the attention of others such as those who were at the concert.

I don't know a lot of details of the police response, but I'm pretty sure this alone is no reason to criticise it.

It had nothing to do with a ticket stub. JPJ has a no re-entry policy at all events. C'mon, people. Learn the facts before you comment.

Okay fellow Virginians.
A new arena, C'ville is beginning to let the world know it's alive and kicking besides ranking 4th safest place to live in the 2009 Poll taken in June. Orlando ranks 6th dangerous place to live.
The people here in Florida are dealing with abductions of children ages 5-14 practically everyday.
If the law still stands in Virginia, a person over the age of 18 years is considered an adult and therefore the police and other law enforcement agencies are not able to respond for three days time. That's when they can get involved. It's a stupid law, but it's in black and white.
My mom lives in Roanoke and she says they are not giving up on finding Miss Harrington.
Here in Florida, if a child lives less than 2 miles from their school, they have to walk or a parent takes them and picks them up. It's hard on parents to work and be at the school by two-fifteen every afternoon. Extended Day programs have been cut. That's a danger to the youngsters.
My prayers to the safe return of Miss Harrington to her family. Hopefully, there are enough searchers to cover all the wooded areas of C'ville and Albemarle County. Blood hounds would be very helpful.
