I am not tierd of hearing about this. It should be said to all young adults the LESSON TO BE LEARNED. If you go to an outting, concert, party or other social engagements, GO TOGETHER LEAVE TOGETHER> Never leave a friend behind. She was obviously probably drinking from all the reports.( Just a guess). And those at the concert hall, allowed a person to leave, and no one cared. From the reports she was stumbling around at that time. It is very sad that this family and loved ones had to suffer her lose at this young age and all for what partying at a concert. THAT IS THE LESSON TO BE LEARNED. All the fundraising and scholarships won't have any meaning unless people get that message.

Is dissing murder victim and suggesting she deserved to be killed probable cause to search and arrest online speaker? I think so, especially if he is black, 6 foot something, like perp and lives in North Garden near dump site. Her killer is an older, lonely, loser home boy with nowhere to go. He is probably being supported and protected by females. His days are numbered. Killers in Virginia get to choose between needle or electric chair.

Hopefully the scholarship is for a class on good decision making, self defense, a concealed carry class and a gift certificate for a .38

With 80% of kids being born to fatherless families in the black community one could say that little black girls make bad decisions too. Drop the black white thing that's also getting old.

Amazing how you're tired of hearing this...rich white girl who made bad decisions. You're probably one of the ones that post that the missing 'transgender' aka crossdresser isn't getting as much press. Poor deciwions on his part as well may have cost him his life as well. So, when/if hey found and if he met an unfortunate fate, do we stop reporting on him, and let the person/s responsible go free?
As with that person, this was someone's child that was mudered. The killer is still out there. You're attitude towards this nakes it appear that you're okay with a murderer walking around amongst us.
If you ever lost a child, especially to a fate like hers, you'd spend the rrst of your life seeking justice like her family.
The missing teens family are posting every day about his disappearance....why? Because he's their missing child and they won't stop until he is found, and if something bad happened to him, the will continue to have his name in the news until the person responsible is found.
And, it's a scholarship they set up in her name. Giving back to someone else, when so much has been taken from this family. Keeping her story alive in hopes one day justice will be served and this murderer won't harm anyone else.
If you're 'tired' of hearing about her...don't read the story or liaten to it. From your posts you don't sound like parents...until you become one, you have no idea the lengths you'd go to for your child especially in circumstances like Morgan's and Dashad's families...and any other parent of a missing/murdered child.

.
I'm glad that I'm not the only one to think of that. I do believe in innocent until proven guilty, but seriously, if this guy is guilty, then he shows the low impulse control and brazen attempts that is displayed by serial killers. Ted Bundy fooled a bunch of law professors at the University of Washington who set up a defense fund for him, he was charismatic, and by all accounts, charming. I'm not saying that the guy is guilty, but "I know this guy and he's a stand up citizen" is not a defense, just ask the victims of Jerry Sandusky who had a charity for under privileged kids.
.
That is the reason they should use ever resource to prove his innocence, because if he's not innocent... he's the right guy. Too often the guilty go free because of procedural error, and too often the innocent are imprisoned due to prosecutorial misconduct.

Have you had a child murdered? Plus she wasn't a child, horrible that it happened, but we hear about this one girl over and over, yet the girl missing and unfound from Orange is still barely covered. Wealth is my issue, cover the poor people as well as the wealthy!

So, her parents are rich? They are putting all their money into finding her....that makes them bad people, their 'child' deserved to learn a lesson by being murdered, instead of waking up eith the worst hangover? We should let a murderer go free? He has been linked to an earlier attack on another woman. Obviously this is a 'hobby' for him. He will do this again if he hasn't already.
So, we should hope his next victim is a lowerclass female/male of another race, and then it will be acceptable to you if Morgan's family uses their money to help find the killer? Or it will be okay with you for that family to want to find the killer and for the news to report on it?
Lastly, everybody is someone's child. You don't stop calling your parents mom/dad just because you're 50.

Rethink what you post before you do it. Your comments are callus and heartless.
You sound like you're filled with hate against this family/girl....one would get the assumption that maybe you're the killer, and you want the search for you to be over so you can move on to the next victim.
See how 'dumb' that comment I just made seems to you....that's how your rantings seem to me.

I'm not going to speak for them, so to speak (or in this case post). I think what they're saying is that pretty little lilly white girls get more coverage than lower class trailer park or ghettos girls, and that inequality is unjust. That's not to say they hope that they become victim of crimes, just that they should get equal coverage.

'That is the lesson to be learned."
Sounds to me like, she deserved this to teach 'rich white girls' a lesson. Again, something a killer would do. Is that the motivation behind her murder?
You make this all about race/wealth. So, because it's such an issue, wealthy white missing/murdered people should do as little as possible to seek justice, so they don't offend the public? They are paying to keep her story out there...not the media. Her murder happened at a Metallica concert, so the band helps fund her story. She should have chosen to get murdered on a night when she was just sitting at home?
It's sad when human compassion/generosity and a parent love/grief their child is overshadowed by angry hateful comments.
If you are so concerned about other missing person/murder victims not receiving press, venting about another victim doesn't help. Donate your time/money in the search for them. I can guarantee not one of you has. It's a very sad/cruel world we live in, when others believe someone's life isn't as important as others because of their race/status. You're doing exactly what you're complaining about....ironic isn't it?
