Evil people like this belong in a cage . Empty out our prisons of no violent offenders, throw some technology on their leg and let them feed themselves. I am ok paying to keep this Man in a cage , I know of no other options as I dont support the death penatly anymore for COST reason and a few mistakes. cheaper to keep em in a cage . at 65 I dont care what this Mans excuse is , he is of no value to societey

Why keep him alive?? Your tax dollars will feed and educate him while in prison. A firing squad would be much cheaper. And the same goes for the so called "parents" who are allowing this abuse to happen the their children. They should be handed the same fate. Worthless humans who don't deserve to share the air with the rest of us.

Sometimes I get angry and feel like you do when I see some of the horrific things man does to children , But when i do , i find my self wanting to kill him , hurt him like he did the child he hurt..... It took me years to relaize..... I was becoming just the monster he was..... Nope . Throw em in a cage , our system aint perfect , its what we have and we mess up bad a very few times.... I aint killing nobody I aint sure..... none of us should. Let your god sort em out . lets be humans ... besides , any man or women who could pull a trigger in a firing squad , and lead a happy healthy life.. probably belongs in a cage ,,,, I dont care how much you tell me you got it together .

Was he sentenced? 22 counts at up to 10 yrs each, or 220 years for a 65yr, he should live out his years incarcerated. We should give the accused a choice of that or the needle.

He's going to get life in prison for some files on his computer. The cop in Culpepper just got 3 years for murder. Same as rich boy Andrew Alston before him. I'm not by any means in favor of kiddie porn, but it's not like this guy had arranged to meet a 12 year old run away at a Dennys, or had a 9 year old tied up in his basement.....just files on his computers....a NON violent, if perverted, offender who will surely do more time than two recent murderers. Just sayin.

Thank you Mr.Martin CA & the special task force & all involved in the apprehension of a 65 year old sick man. 65 years seems like a good grasp on time he should serve. People like this do way more then just download child porn. God only knows what he has done the past 50 years ! Now I'm mad , retiring in Nelson @ stoney creek . We have enough criminal activity here to have more brought here. Guess Meth & Viagra lead you down the road to hell !

Just sayin. Amen! I'm sickened by what this man has done, but you're absolutely right. Just because he had images on his computer, doesn't mean he molested any children. He's charged on pornography counts folks not molestation counts. It's a huge difference. Let's try to stick with judging him on the actual charges and not what you all assume has happened. Seriously, how ignorant. I knew a guy from my old work who got in some trouble for the same thing. I knew him well enough to know that he never harmed anyone physically. Psycologically he had some issues as a teenager and it resulted in this issue. I'm not justifying either man's action, but I feel sorry for the guy for getting death wishes for someting this person wasn't charged or accused of. Just ignorance. Shame on you.*face palm*

I agree somewhat , in 65 years maybe he didn't , I don't care what happened to him at this point , if he did not chose a better route to heal than child-porn in 50 years, he gets no sympathy from me. I have nothing but an opinion, if this guy found 3 yo old children in VILOENT situations ( yes there is no love in raping..children I dont care what sick Dr tries to play it off that way , or some uptown liberal trying to convince me he was healing because daddy spanked him too much .This scumbag he is useless in society and statisitcs tell me he got his hands on a child..... he may be a perfect liar.... but he doesn't pass my law of man test. He may of beat the law of the land You trust him with your kids, I wouldn't let him around my cat or dog

Trust is a learned behavior, People who rape-children are masters of gaining your trust . You still are walking around in a dark room , just hoping their is a light switch .

Jesus, it sounds like you all WANT him to be a child molester. And you want to talk about statistics? Did the statistics say that 100% of people who look at child pornography molest children? I don't think so. I understand that many times the two are related, but they don't always com hand in hand. Ah, whatever you want to believe that makes yourself feel safer at night. I feel sorry for this persons family and what they are going through in these rough times. The molestation accusations must make this that much harder on them. I will pray for them to pull through.

This guy engaged in behavior that built a market and keeps it thriving. driven by evil , greed and lots of money because of people like THIS MONSTER you think in harmless and did something harmless.. If this sick...POS didn't keep the underground market flourising sitting around watching children abused there wouldnt be sick people lined up to abuse children , film them and sell it to the highest bidder. Watch consenting adults , there is an internet full of less destructive outlets. WAKE UP , you are protecting a monster.
