<quoted text>yeah now she sounds like a total bitch, i totally understand you. i have a similar comrade at work. he's quite okay to work with, however it seems like he's always there when i do something wrong.
like he's on the other side of the kitchen and i accidentally drops something on the floor, it doesn't make any kind of noise or is large enough to be seen from far away and yet he just flies over and notice it instantly and then rants down on that.
whilst when i actually do something really good, he fails to notice it and instead keeps ranting down upon the very littlelest of misstakes.
the biggest problem is that he simply cannot take any sort of critisism, you either agree with him or you'll get a shitstorm of crap. he's a master at changing subject you see. if i tell him that he didn't do something right he instantly finds something to rant against me instead and suddenly the whole conversation is about my faults. if that doesn't work he just says "there's nothing wrong with that!" and then creeps away quickly.
sounds like a nice person to work with ey?
That guy sounds like a dream. Just like at my work. It seemed better today, maybe just because I have something positive to look forward to. But I touched on ground with the departments Assistant Manager....kind of showing that I'm really concerned about my job and not leaving things a mess. Which I don't like leaving a mess anyway, its just because the phone rings so much, so many people want to use the fitting room that I don't get to a lot of what I was doing.

that guy is not a dream, you'd slit your wrist after a day with him.

i always try to do that, showing that i do infact care wether or not things are clean and nice when the day ends. however when I tell him that i think we should do things in a different and better manor he instantly thinks that i'm critisising him and then comes the shitstorm that i've told you about.
