I loved those videos! They were so cute! In the first video, the second husky that they show looks like my dog. Acts the same way too. We used to be able to get her to say "I want one" when she wanted a treat or a walk. Now it just sounds like gibberish. lol.
That second video was something else, the dog was actually using that trike! At first it looked like they were pushing him. That was great!

That was great! I just laughed at the expressions he was making while he was chewing. And his spikey things on his head were moving the whole time! That was really funny....thanks Don.

The husky was beautiful indeed, I just wish we could have a husky that would cuddle like the first one, instead of curling up in a ball like a cat and sleeping.
The dog on the trike was definitely something else. Its just not something you see everyday. But it was so funny though!

We have a chihuahua, but she's boring also. I wish we had a bigger dog. She's too tiny!

I was also thinking about getting a blue rat and maybe a dumbo rat...
What do you think?

I'm not much of a chihuahua person myself. Ever since I was real small, we've always had really fluffy dogs. Huskies, samoyeds, etc etc. As far as the rats go, I say go for it! I love rats, and I've always wanted one.[I have two guinea pigs instead.] Just a little bit of info on rats is to have the cage and food and water all ready when you get them. But they're so cute!!!! I say get one.
Its dreadfully yours here, I just don't like the "wow" name.

The only big dog we've had was a yellow lab, but she lived at my dad's...

I've had 2 rats in the past, but I've been wanting another one soo badly...I've even picked the names out.XD

The blue one is going to be named Twilight Moon(and I didn't name it after that stupid movie)
The dumbo rat(which I hope is going to be black) will be named Raven,
And the cream & white one will be named either Lorelai or Lilith(which one do you like)?

Thats another dog that I'd love to have, a Labrador. So playful and cute! You should save up for a rat then. They can't be all that much to get [besides the living conditions for one]. And I love both those names! But Twilight Moon sounds the best. It sounds like such a romantic name, so beautiful, like being caught in the glow of the moon. Sorry about that, I just kinda had to go off there with that. But you should choose the name you like. I named my guinea pigs Gir and Baby Gaz [yes I was really into Invader Zim when I got them].

If you do get a Lab, I would suggest a black or chocolate one. Yellow labs are known to be less intelligent(and trust me, that is the truth!). I thought it over, and I've decided to buy 3 rats, that way they wouldn't be lonely. I'm going to use the names I gave earlier(I think I like Loreli the best). They are roughly $10-$15 each, which isn't bad, and I already have a cage, bedding, and other necessities. I would love to have a hairless rat, but I think it would be better if I wait until I'm a little older, just to make sure I can take care of all of them.

Btw, I still love Invader Zim.:)

I've always wanted a cocoa lab, but its so hard to find someone in the area who breeds them. So I guess I'll settle for a black lab. Its good that you're getting the rats. Just make sure that they're all female or they'll fight a lot. Thats just personal experience from me with any kind of rodent. Mice, guinea pigs, etc etc. I'm glad you're also going with the names you like best. Thats always the best way to go. But I've also found that hairless rats [like hairless guinea pigs, often called 'skinny pigs'] need a heated tank. Otherwise they're susceptible to illness, hypothermia and possibly death. That coat they have is what protects em from the bad stuff. But I hope you get the rats soon!

I decided not to get males because they are a little messier than females. Hairless rats are a lot of work too, and like you said, they need heated tanks, and I don't have the money for one at the moment.
I wonder if you could find a Chocolate Lab at an adoption center???
Just a thought....

Actually, from here on out I'm gonna get all my pets at the adoption center/humane center...etc etc. Theres one right down the street from me too, I've never though about looking there, but I will now! I have another story involving rats, only these ones glow in the dark. Idk if these uv rats are just tested in labs or not, but I want one! Turns out what they did for these rats was they dissected the dna of a jellyfish, particularly the gene that makes them glow those weird colors and they put it in the dna of a baby rat [one about to be born]. I can't find the story, I even think it was part of a program I saw on the history channel, but the rat that could glow looked awesome! And about males of any kind of animal, is just messy. Male cats [or tomcats] spray everything, male dogs are extremely territorial and mark everything, turns out my male guinea pig is more of a whiner than my girl piggie. I guess it just depends though.
