Uh, my old man will be attending whatever conventions there are this year, and I guarantee hes neither meek nor honest. Im sure hes on the shedule to give a talk up on stage, so you all will get the full benefit of his hypocrisy .

My mom, however, will be there also, and she is the absolute epitome of meek and honest. So you are half right.

Sam you are doing what all JWs, search the bible for odd verses that can be applied to support the Watchtower agenda.
The scriptures in the Hebrew scriptures you quoted say nothing about a time thousands of years in the future. They were talking about Israel if you read it in context, and most of it never happened.
If you read through Jesus words at Mat 5, JWs have to apply different lines to different people. Some words talk about heaven some about the earth. You have to pick out the bits you want to apply to yourself.
If you take the words about the animals living peaceably with each other literally you have a massive problem. Many animals, birds and fish were 'designed' to kill and be predators. There is no question of that, What do you think the crocodiles jaws are for, eating vegetation.
Psm 37 you may well remember says 'just a little while longer' Do you feel thousands of years later is just a little while longer. Please do not say in God's eyes it is a little while longer. All the scriptures that say soon and near and quickly were written to man for man to understand, so clearly none of those words have come true.

You may expect Jehovah's witnesses to be perfect, after all we do profess to be God's people. The truth is we are all sinners and deserving of death, we do not ever measure up to the perfect example Jesus set, but we do know the truth and we stick with Jehovahs visible earthly organization.

The answer is probably to give your dog basic obedience training—teaching it to respond to simple commands. Of course, it is best to begin while your dog is still a puppy. But even older dogs can learn. Marcos, a professional dog trainer in Mexico, says:“The minimum age of dogs that we receive for training is four months, and the maximum is five years. But I have taught basic obedience to dogs that are even ten years old.”

Dogs are intelligent. They have been trained to sniff out drugs and explosives, assist the handicapped, and perform search-and-rescue missions. But how can you train your dog to obey you?

Genetic Makeup

First, you need to know about the genetic makeup of your dog. Like wolves, dogs are hierarchy conscious. They instinctively gravitate toward living in a pack under a leader, or alpha dog. Your family is your dog’s pack, and it needs to understand that you are the leader.

Notice the Watchtower's use of logical falacies, they make a practice of it:

Notice: SOMETIMES ---- followed by---- SO---is a society of people.

SOMETIMES does not mean ALWAYS!

Also:

"and the abundance of peace until the moon is no more”—and that means forever!"

NO it DOESN'T!

There is NO evidence the moon was created to LAST FOREVER.

Many people could write a nice fairy tale and choose selected scriptures to back up their fantasies, that is all the Watchtower Corporation has done.

If you are somone who is really concerned about what is going to happen in the near future, I should say, what God is going to do about all the wickedness on this earth, in the near future, I would like to invite you to attend a convention of Jehovah's witnesses this Summer.

There are never any collections taken at any meetings of Jehovah's witnesses and no one ever asks for your donations. Remember to bring a bag lunch and your personal copy of your Bible, and be prepared to be educated in the ways of God's people.

The main talk on Sunday will be "The Former Things Will Not...Come Up Into the Heart."

That prophecy will be fulfilled in the new world, we are looking forward to living in.

(Isaiah 65:17, 18). . ."For here I am creating new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be called to mind, neither will they come up into the heart."
