I must admit I'm somewhat addicted to that show.
I can't imagine how that mom does all she does, keeps a clean house and no fast food. She is amazing or she has a crew we don't see.

I don't have any choice over where it posts.

The kids are taking music lessons. Maybe they are hoping for them to have careers in Christian music. Who the heck knows?

Does anyone watch Jon & Kate plus 8?
It's on MOnday nights (and other times with reruns) on TLC (I think).

I'm embarrassed to say I am somewhat addicted to JonKate8,
The Tudors, and Prime Time Love with Deion and Pilar Sanders plus their 5 kids (3 theirs and 2 Deion and Carolyn). It is interesting to see how other people handle it. Jon & Kate don't have the nannies, housekeepers, and other help Deion and Pilar have, but they still try to be hands on and to have morals & values. Deion was so amazing in both football and baseball.
He is still very competitive in all he does.

I'd love to see Gary and Amy on a reality tv show. With all the kids grown, however, would it be like Keeping up with the Kardashians? I sometimes watch it, but it's my least favorite.

If you guys are reading this write now (Jon & Kate) I want to tell you guys what a fabulous show you have! Althought I am just a kid, I watch your show every time that I can, and I LOVE your kids. They are adorable and funny. I love all the things you do with your children. It must be hard to do things (like what you did on Valentines Day) with them that are so big. Do you usually plan ahead?

They are very fortunate to have 8 basically healthy kids.

I kind of like Deion and Pilar better because it is a blended family with
two teenagers and then a 7,5, and 3 year old. Plus they have a nicer house and property. It gets old seeing that Gosselin kitchen which seems to be where a lot happens...that or the garage.

I'd rather see the Dilley Family than the Gosselins...a six pack of 15 year olds or even the McCaugheys, but both of those families prefer their privacy.

I love looking back at the Diane Sawyer segments with the Dilley Six Pack.
I wish they would give them a reality show and just check in on the Gosselins on birthdays and maybe holidays.

I get tired of Kate quickly. She is a shrew. And that's putting it nicely.
I would be too if I had EIGHT, but she goes over the top. I'm surprised her husband hasn't lovingly knocked the c r a p out of her.

I love to watch the show...it's amazing to watch how Jon and Kate manage everyday life with eight kids 7 years old and under....all and all I think they are doing a great job. I wouldn't want to change places with them, but love to watch how they survive....:) I love all the little kids...I am not crazy about Maddie, she has a very BAD attitude and both of the older girls are spoiled. I do wish Kate and Jon the best of luck....especially during the TEEN years, Yikes!

I'm kind of tired of it being about the parents fashion needs, tooth whitening, hair replacement and kate's germophobic ocd control freak ways.

Jon calls her party pooper all the time. She sucks the fun out of anything the kids might do. If she is that upset by icing messes, go sit in the car.

I wish the Dilley family would replace them.

I also read that the show is their job now. I think Jon may be working from home.

I can't believe this is Season 4. What will they do when the younger kids go to kindergarten? Will that be the end?

I had a friend who was obsessive like Kate and had 4 kids. Can't say I was unhappy to see the moving van carry them away.

Jon and Kate do a really good job! Can you imagine taking care of eight kids? Yes Kate can be a little over the top, and she really should let them be KIDS more, but overall they do a fantastic job!!
They have very good values, and do try to put the kids first always. GOOD JOB- Jon and Kate !!

They really have a lot of structure and they don't put up with much nonsense.
They have to apologize and hug when they get into squabbles.

Then you see the families on the Nanny 911 kind of shows. Yikes.

i watch the show...you know they arent deprived though. it makes me mad that kate and jon make it seem like they dont have anything. the kids are to much the freaking same...where are the punk/emo, satanists, and the diversity? they chose way to much for their kids, no individuality.

I just watched where Kate had the girls hair braided or styled so that she wouldn't have to look at their hair in their faces while at the beach. They had this deluxe beach house, fresh seafood, an extra person along to wrangle the kids and that's great, but most people this year can't even afford a vacation, so they are having STAYCATIONS where you stay at home.

There are layoffs and recessions looming. And she's whining because her boys have dirty fingernails. I don't think she realizes how good they have it.

I'm also surprised her husband hasn't gone Mike Tyson on her or asked the nanny, where is my "shut the heck up" card for my wife?

I know she has a lot on her plate and I would NOT trade with her.
But she is also very blessed. None of her 6 children have cerebral palsy or any significant developmental delays.

I hope she gets on her knees every night and gives thanks for all she is blessed with!

I loved Jon and Kate last season but this season I started to wonder how they afford trips to Utah, vacations to the Outer Banks, Piano and lessons and all that camping equiptment. WELL.... I found out after some research, they get.....$65,000 PER EPISODE!!!!! AND up to $35,000 per speaking engagement!!! Dont be fooled this family does not have it tough. My mother in law had 6 kids all around 1 1/2 years apart and she didnt have a show making MILLIONS (they just filmed 50 new episodes --- 50 X $65,000).

I think that Jon & Kate and their children are great. They don't complain about having 8 kids (like some of you say) they are only saying it is A LOT of work. All you people who complain about any money they might receive and any product endorsements or vacations are just jealous! I wish them all the best and many years of love and happiness and health. I love the show and if you don't, change the channel. There are plenty of us who enjoy the show.
