Her singing was so rough on Second Cup Cafe that I left before my first cup.
What caused that frog in her throat? What has happened to her voice?
Seriously!

She really does seem to be struggling when she gives interviews or sings. As one woman to another, I truly feel compassion for her during this difficult time. In a candid interview, she said it is difficult to RELOAD which is her word for remarriage. She has said she lost a dear friend to cancer and her parents checked into assisted living around the same time. Maybe the tour for the new release will be good for her. I think I remember her saying it is easier to be out on the ROAD than at HOME when hard times hit. Phyllis can handle things as she always has and I suppose Sarah is old enough to pinch hit when it comes to Corrina. Everything is falling into place. I remember her telling Matt that she probably wouldn't still be singing at 50. Just a few months away. For now, she can focus on the upcoming May wedding of her "I Do" daughter, Jenny Gill.

Are you channeling Stella or are you Stella? If memory serves, she was coming in from South Carolina. Sorry, but my rose-colored glasses got replaced with clear lenses a long tim ago.
If you like the navel-gazing kind of lyrics, buy 20 copies. I do not care. if you want to think of her as a female Messiah, be my guest. Live in your delusional fantasy world.

If you go back, Amy said that Gary was the most sensitive person she had ever known and that her loved her more than she could ever comprehend. Did she get that when she reloaded?

Have you noticed that Vince has dropped off the radar and when you see her now, you often do not see him. Her I Do Daughter's wedding is less than a month ago. I truly hope she is able to check her ego and step aside so that can be a time for Vince, Janis and Jenny (the original family) to
come together for an event to bless their only daughter. I still can't believe Jenny agreed to have the event at her stepmother's house.

Apparently, you can't handle the truth even when Amy says it. She talks about her voice that sounds like she smokes and drinks all night. And she has no Michael Jackson dance moves. Next!

Hi, this is the real tex. Maybe the article didn't move anybody. Here's an excerpt and yes that would be a WEIRD thing to discuss with an innocent NINE year old. Maybe she gets Sarah and Corrina mixed up. That would be more of a conversation you might have with a daughter in high school.

Since Amy has flopped down naked in a a bed and had at least 3 kids that way...well it's uncomfortable to discuss even now. Was #4 the result of IUI or in-vitro? Usually a 40 year old will need a little help in the fertility dept. Too bad she didn't have twins, triplets, quads or quins!

And, "What's 'wherewithal' mean anyway?"
Yeah!(laughing) It's funny, watching my children as a grown woman—this is really going to make me sound like a weirdo …
Go for it!
All right. If the relationship with Christ to the church is most reflected in a relationship between a husband and a wife, then my early Christian music and my early relationship with God, and what that meant, was not unlike (9-year-old daughter) Corinna coming home from school and saying, "I think Will likes me. I have long hair, and he says it's beautiful." Her idea of love is just any attention at all. How do I explain to her that this little thing that makes her flutter will change? I can't say to her, "Some day you will flop down completely naked with a man and enjoy and perform the most earthy, reckless abandon, physical act that you can't even imagine, and eventually, because of that kind of interaction with a man, you will have a baby, and it's going to be a mess, and it involves pain and life and work and laughter and all of those things." Real relationship is gritty and earthy, the stuff that life is made of.

Her voice is horrific these days and she can't remember the words to her own songs. Maybe after this tour and the release selling for $2.99, she will stick to Christmas songs she knows or hymns. She does seem to have some special gifts, but she should leave the singing and guitar picking to her husband and others. Can you believe he is singing with Gwyneth Paltrow and that she is in a country movie called Country Strong? Hope the Mrs. doesn't get jealous and pull her blonde hair.

Your liner notes include a picture of a Ugandan woman named Damalie next to the lyrics for "Third World Woman." Who is she?
I met her in Uganda last summer on a trip with Compassion International. Just before that, Vince and I were invited to sing at a The Academy of Achievement Summit, a very magical gathering in Cape Town, South Africa. We sang and played at St. George's Cathedral, right before Desmond Tutu spoke. And we stayed at a couple of unbelievable hotels on this all-expenses paid trip. We took our first-class roundtrip tickets and traded them in for coach so we could get tickets for all of our children.

(like they couldn't afford tickets otherwise? Please!

She is out of her mind. She is filling her sweet innocent daughter with all kinds of stuff she doesn't need to worry about yet. She's pretending she got her kids the old fashioned way.

Not likely with all of the fertility problems she had.
Only BLT believes her crazy claims.
