Speaking of Tanks, how much does it cost to fill the tank of that Hummer of Gary's? I have a large vehicle but am fortunate enough to have someone else take it to be filled.

Does anyone want to name the FIVE ways people need to feel loved?

FYI - c b s or whatever your sign on is,
I have so much time because other people do things for me. It's that simple. Plus, I'm on break from my volunteer things until January.
How about you?

Haven't had a Hummer in two years.
They do suck it down as I recall.

I have a tank, but it comes in handy when you're hauling a lot of people or need a lot of room when traveling. I have a very short break, so I'm figuring out these boards by trial and error.
First trip here. This is a merry go round.
Where's the roller coaster? You get more out of it.

We laugh and say the only way my tank gets good gas mileage is when it is parked in the garage.
Buying it helped on the taxes at one time. And it's so comfortable to travel in!

Are you going to trade your standard in for an automatic? Was it a truck or a shiny race car?

It is not that hard to drive a stick. There wsn't anybody you could call? Hindsight is always 20/20, right?

Someone posting from Breckenridge, Colorado claims to be the REAL Gary Chapman.
What do you have to say in reply to that?

I don't believe any of these "Gary Chapman" impersonators on here. Anyone who really knows Gary Chapman would know that he usually leaves off letters, e-mails, etc. with the moniker Tejas57 instead of something like GChap. And, for those who didn't know, you can't fool Topix and claim to be somewhere other than the city that appears underneath your name. You can type in another city, but the browser you post on gives the location of your network.

So, where is the real Gary, Tejas57? He hasn't been around google for a couple of years. And not on Brian Mason since 2005.

Let's see which Gary replies. And where he comes in from next.

Armando Montelongo, the real estate flipper upper, has one and it showed him at the pumps. It may have been as much as 100 dollars to fill it up, but he doesn't get stuck anymore.

I saw one this morning when I was out and about.
They are not as popular anymore. Even the Suburbans and Expeditions are getting downsized.

I've had a smaller car and a "tank"...I prefer the Tank even if it is costly. More metal.

And People tend to not challenge you in traffic.

Yes, it's true; the network you are typing from shows up as the City, under your signature.

I too do not believe Gary Chapman is posting and yes, when he had his official website he was always Tejas 57. I was active on that site, and I do remember.

It would be nice if he would at least put up a site like Tommy Shannon did. It's nice to peruse pics even though his bandmate and best friend, Stevie Ray Vaughan is gone. Or at least somewhere else.

I don't know if it is too painful to resurrect his past or if, like me, scrapbooking and photo arranging isn't his thing.

I'm watching Flip This House and my partner is snoring. How are we going to design a house if he is snoring. He likes gadgets and tech stuff, not home design. I guess I'm on my own.

My ex just bought the Hummer truck, a week after he purchased the Escalade. It is way too cool looking to belong to such a nerd, but hey, if you have the money because you cheat on your taxes and claim you make less money than you did 5 years ago, I guess it's all in a day. Won't buy his son a couple outfits, now that he has outgrown the few his Dad bought him a few years ago, but wants Mom to 'send clothing' with the child, da-- it!. Dad doesn't even have to return the clothing on the child, because you know what, Dad is the only one who works and contributes to clothing expenses anyhow. Dad can even take the 10 year olds Winter Coat, in the middle of Winter and 20 degree days! Hat, gloves, shoes, etc. etc. Made the poor kid strip down completely! Pray for my son too, will you please? I know he would of LOVED to have been involved in the purchase of this new Hummer truck, but hey, for some odd reason it wasn't convienent timing! Just like the purchase of the new house wasn't either!
I wonder how the girlfriend enters either of these vehicles? High heels are hard to wear when your trying to get a running start at the vault that must propel her inside. Watch out for that steering wheel!
How would the oompa loompa's do it?

I'm already getting dive-bombed by friends who lost my phone number and wanted to call me over the holidays. I told them when I am here, I unplug it. Like Prince, I hate a ringing phone. It jangles my nerves.

And one person got my cell phone number because I returned their phone call while out shopping and they ran my phone bill up by $80.00 extra dollars. They were trying to beat a prescription drug addiction and called me every day. I can't turn down someone who is hurting. I'm very co-dependent...still.

I don't think people are healed by judgment or even being told what to do.

I have plenty to handle and I'm catching up on sermons, trying to find my centeredness again. It may take a while.

People usually take offense to my e-mail because I'm terribly blunt (not a diplomatic bone in my body) and I usually end up making them mad because I deal in TRUTH. Not many people like that.
