Parts & Labor's noise rock is melodic, too

There are 1 comment on the Chicago Sun-Times story from Jun 29, 2007, titled Parts & Labor's noise rock is melodic, too. In it, Chicago Sun-Times reports that:

“We pretty much split things 50-50”

Since the genre's heyday as part of the indie scene in the '80s, noise rock has suffered from too much noise and too little rock, at least in terms of memorable tunes. via Chicago Sun-Times
