I hope Katherine asks Akon soon, to release the music MJ had done with the Black Eyed Peas.

Interesting to hear where Michael Jackson would have evolved musically.

It would require the approval of the Estate Executors. Katherine is not the estate. She's just one of the beneficiaries.

We're you there with them? That's not what Akon stated in the article. His father is a close friend of Joe.
You amaze me with your lack of knowledge. Stick to little boys.

Gawd, you're stupid. I was explaining the basic constituents of how estates are set up. Additionally, haven't you read the number of times the executors have told Katherine and her ilk to stop selling items of Michael's without approval from the Estate?

You are referring to the property of the Black Eyed Peas not Michael Jackson. The ESTATE has no right on that material.

If the property contains anything with or involving Michael, the Estate has to approve using Michael's name.

That is not necessarily always the case. It is very foolish of you to jump the gun over something that you have no knowledge of.

Are you always such a know it all? Tsk tsk.

If it involves Michael Jackson, then it has to be cleared with the estate.

So should you. You are real involved with Michael Jackson. You live, eat & breath Michael Jakson. That's what I call true love & devotion.

Nice try, no cigar. You might want to educate yourself about estate laws. Then again, you could use an education, in general.

again, you know nothing. The family are not executors, the lawyers are. ALL his earnings go to firstly, pay off the enormous debts, then allowances for the "kids" and some for his Mom and Dad. The rest get NOTHING. ONLY the lawyers can make decisions.

Lawyers don't own the music of the Black Eyed Peas, their voices nor Michael Jackson's voice.

But if Michael was involved, they still have to get the approval of the estate, unless a waiver had been signed, by Michael. Do you honestly think he would sign a waiver releasing him from any royalties?

That means the lawyers get most of the money.

There you go, again. The lawyers are actually using most of the money to pay off Michael's enormous debt, as well as the over-inflated budget of Grandma Jackson.

The poor old lady doesn't drink, smoke, take drugs, gamble and waste money at all.

I detect a tone of jealousy coming from you.

Why do you two have to bicker such?

If Will.I.am were to release him, I him to have a lot of control, as well as release them in nearly their original state. I heard the demo's for many of the songs from MICHAEL, which were different from their finished counterparts. Not hugely, but instruments were added that don't belong, beats were added that ruined the mood of the song and so on.

Perhaps that was Michael's vision. Or perhaps they wanted to modernize them, but to me, it sounded more like Akon or Lenny Kravitz wanted them to be like, instead of what MJ originally wanted, and how he left them.

Will.I.am did a terrific job on Thriller 25th, though he worked directly with MJ, so hopefully he'll do the right thing.
