How many times do you need to be told that if a reasonable doubt exists, the accused will walk? How clever T-Mez was because to this day, all f'loons talk about is Janet Arvizo and the fact that she wasn't credible, and if she was a liar, well it stand to reason that her kids must also has been..... there ya go, there's the doubt.

Incidentally, Jason didn't turn against Gavin so your faulty argument is moot.
I posted Wade not Jason.
BTW I just heard the Australian actor that got extradited from England, Robert Hughes was sentences to 10 years prison for his crimes. Pedophiles don't get away.

I like to know how they feel when convicted child molesters like Jonathan King are or were defending Michael. King was convicted of the same thing that Jackson got "acquitted of" due to the jury feeling there should've been "a smoking gun (meaning physical evidence of sexual abuse, which, again, is impossible in most sex abuse cases)" and I remember reading he was hosting a party of some sort for Michael after the acquittal. He mourned his death of course. He claims he's innocent but I don't believe him. MJ's far from the only guy who's been accused of sex crimes to act like everything he did was innocent or they were too adamant that "nothing happened" (R. Kelly stands out like a sore thumb in this regard; dude from Blood on the Dance Floor often sought out little girls; Ian Watkins, who was convicted of child rape, Jimmy Savile of course, Gary Glitter, Jerry Sandusky, etc.). It's hard at this point to make MJ stand out from those guys and even those people have (delusional) defenders.

And with regard the rest of your post, shut up, shut up, shut up. Paedophiles, child molesters, child abusers walk free every day, free to damage even more children. Your ignorance makes me feel sick, you clueless enabler. What the feck is wrong with you?
I think the heavy dose of reality is so difficult for her pea brain, she's frantically grasping at straws.

Wade turned against Gavin when he testified for MJ. He convinced the jury so well and never displayed one bit of remorse.
Janet never lost the case for her son. Her money scamming endeavors had nothing to do with sexual abuse other that she may have pimped her children.

No matter how you spin it, any kind of relationship with a celebrity is doomed.

If you are a celeb, you cannot trust the motives of the non-celeb.

If you are the non-celeb, you will never be seen as anything other than a potential liability.

So word of advice, celebs and civilians should stay very far away from each other.

Yes but Gavin lost his case mainly because an adult Wade convincingly turned against him in court.
I bet Gavin Arvizo would understand and forgive Wade Robson for not admitting the sexual abuse in 2005. It happened in the Sandusky case. After the verdict, Sandusky's older victims approached the youngest victim a man named Aaron Fisher. They asked for his forgiveness for not coming forward, in the past, which could have jailed Sandusky and prevented Aaron Fisher from getting sexually molested. Aaron Fisher said he completely understands them if they felt guilt, shame, and embarrassment. He told them not to feel responsible for what happened to him.

That and the one-liners like,.. "If the glove don't fit, then you have to acquit"
Who could forget Mesereau's one-liner, "Why work when you can sue Michael Jackson?" Such a ignoramus thing to suggest.

It's strange that all of MJ's victims denied anything had happened. Most have stuck to it. I am waiting for them to come out.

When you're sexually abused by a celebrity, as a child, any kind of justice is next to impossible. Even when justice is served, that celebrity's crazy fans stalk the victim, for the rest of his or her life.

I think Gavin would understand Wade's state of mind. For all you know, Wade has apologized to Gavin.

Janet's husband was actually behind the money schemes. You might want to read the court transcripts, to educate yourself.

Okay, now what was the D.A.'s response? And what do the transcripts have, in them, about this?

Bear in mind I am asking you to provide the information because some of the witnesses Mesereau claimed he had against the Arvizos said the statements they supposedly gave were lies.

To help you out, here is what Louise Palanker had to say, about the checks, during her testimony, on the 22nd of March, 2005.

On page 10, she said David directed her, about which names to write, on the checks. In fact, her testimony about why she wrote the checks and David's part in the matter was very, very interesting. He certainly factored into the request for money, quite heavily. According to Louise, David said Janet spent most of her time praying for Gavin.

I'd be a little careful, about Mesereau's claims, if I were you.

Now, find me the legal documents to the D.A.'s claim Janet was committing fraud.

It's also a known fact victims of child abuse frequently are not able to face what happened, until the birth of a child. This happened to both Wade and James.
Maybe you should pay attention to what the three people who witnessed Wade's abuse had to say.
The thing is f'loons find it suspicious that Wade and Jimmy both used the same excuse for coming forward. Nitpicking much? Maybe something they should really find suspicious is their idol being accused of child molestation 4 - 6 times.

It's ridiculously unlikely that anyone who was really falsely accused of molesting children would just shrug it off and continue with the same behavior that resulted in the allegations in the first place. Jackson's unwillingness to put an end to his boy bedding behavior is a clear sign that he was a predatory pedophile who couldn't stop, ignorant hater.
