she must be your idol her and Johnny depp. Lmao! Sad that a couple of stars can trick your simple mind into believing the wm3 are innocent! I guess if it weren't for followers like you there wouldn't be any leaders huh?

Your an idiot. The state gave the wm3 the Alford plea because they didn't have any real evidence.wm3 are free. It's funny because it must really piss you people off!!!

So if you truly feel that the wm3 are guilty for murdering 3 children, why are you not raising hell to Scott Ellington for letting them walk out of prison (one from death row)?

And exactly what would that accomplish? He can't say, Oh I changed my mind because people are mad at me. The people showed their displeasure with Ellington by voting resoundingly against him in his Representative race.

Sorry, but Gary is wrong, The Defense offered up the Alford plea, not the state.

They accepted the alford plea.Just because the defense offered it does not mean they couldn't say no.There is no evidence that the wm3 was there. No DNA or nothing.

Actually, I'd think it says a great deal. The defense is less than a month away from a new evidence hearing where they can present a great deal of information that would have lead to a new trial for the three, and in the 11th hour, they offer to plead guilty to murder.

And why would the state say no?

They save the cost of a new trial, possible different outcome that could open them up to civil litigation, and if the three who had for 18 years claimed their innocence with a kick ass legal team, paid forensic experts and Hollywood elite on their side SUDDENLY decide to plead guilty, why not take it.

If I was a supporter, I wouldnt be happy they were out, I'd be upset that they didnt continue the fight to prove their innocence

If I was them I would also take the alford plea why risk it.Damien was on deathrow they didn't prove the wm3 were guilty the first time but the idiot jury believed the satanic crap I don't trust the jury.

Hey Einstein, before you call someone an idiot make sure your grammer is correct. Also, the wm3 did not have to accept the Alford plea. I'm surprised Natalie and the other busy bodies let them accept.

I heard Eddie Vedder and one of Damien lawyers had to talk with Jason because he was not going to accept the alford plea. The state did not want another trial.

"You heard" lol. Well it did not take much talking. Of course the state did not want another trial. The outcome of the first was right. Why waste taxpayers money on a second?

the first two trials were right. Two different juries unanimously found them guilty.... All it would have taken is 1 out of the 24 jurors to have had a hung jury but ALL 24 people found them guilty as charged! Just like oj, the wm3 got off because of money! Very sad that the three second graders who were murdered by these monsters were let down by our justice system!

It's funny you never bring up Kent Arnold he is one of the main reasons they got out.Jessie's confession could not be talked about. It could not be use as evidence at Damien and Jason's trial but the jury did use the so called confession as evidence.
