I like President Barack Obama and voted for him and support him. What he’s trying to accomplish for our nation has been rather difficult to achieve because of who he is and perhaps that’s why he was granted the Nobel Peace Prize. The world is seeing something in Barack Obama that we as Americas refuse to see.
Now, if John McCain was president and promise to pass Health Reform and other Campaign promises Barack made, it all who have passed long ago. It’s the Republicans that are his stumbling block and Rush limburger the lead Devils’ advocate that is prolong the suffering in America.
Rush Limburger reminds me of Cult leader Jim Jones who brainwashed his nine hundred followers to commit suicide, the difference here in America there are millions of followers that can’t think for themselves listening to a psychotic who thinks he’s Jesus Christ the second.

I'm not at all sure I understand exactly what this guy has done to win this prize. Under his Presidency, North Korea and Iran have both been allowed to increase world tensions dramatically, totally unchecked and his domestic policies have plunged our country deeply into debt, nearly destroyed the US dollar, and deeply divided the American people to the point that some are talking about a possible civil war. On the other hand, I don't know what Al Gore did to win his Nobel Peace prize either except to pull off quite possibly the biggest scam in the history of our country.

I guess the Nobel Prize just ain't what it used to be.

We're screwed. Obama and the Democrats have made things worse not better. The morale of our military (men and women within the ranks) is dropping like a lead balloon. I don't feel more safe. Don't feel better about the economy. And certainly don't feel we are heading in the right direction. Now we hear more stimulus is needed, what a load of crap. The healthcare plan they let the CBO review was actually revised after it was sent to the CBO so no one still understands the real cost. His peace call to action will be to weaken our country, negotiate and partner with terrorists as he is talking about doing currently. While he weakens the US we have China, Russian, Iran, etc. get stronger militarily. Members of his own party are questioning the power and role of his many Czars. Everyone associated with this guy from ACORN on down are pushing socialism and have highly questionable pasts and are coming up dirty. While he runs a war by committee men and women are dying. The one chance we have is to throw the liberals out in the upcoming mid-term elections.

I thought the purpose of the Nobel Peace Prize was to honor the accomplishments that the recipients have already made. Now it seems to have become some sort of morale booster or an attaboy-you-can-do-it-pat-on-t he-back. Even ultra Left Liberals like Michael Moore are scratching their heads on this one. I think maybe something is rotten in Norway - and it ain't just fish.

OK, as part of the call to action and to live up to the 'Peace' Prize, here is what needs to happen:

1) Your top general in Afghanistan needs 80,000 more troops, and trainers; be wise and send them.

2) Be extra careful what types of troops you pull from Iraq.

3) Green light the Israelis on the Iran bombing missions, and facilitate where you can.

4) Work to overthrow the vile governments in Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, North Korea, the Sudan, Syria, and the Congo.

5) These would be the bold actions of a 'Peace' Prize winner, who has a lot to prove. So far this President has not really done anything, other than spend money, and spread propaganda. Being in step with Al Gore, Jimmy Carter, and Yasser Arafat, is not something you actually put on your resume.

There was a time that the Nobel Peace Prize was given to those who had truly earned it such as Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, and the like. It is highly unfortunate that the awarding of the Nobel Peace prize has become so political. Obama has not won anything, it has been given to him purely as a political slap in the face to GW Bush, and nothing more.

If Obama were even half the man he thinks he is, he would have refused the prize with a speech along the lines of... "Thank you for this great honor.... Please allow me the opportunity to deserve it first and perhaps it will be offered to me again..." But of course. egotistical maniac that he is, he could not bring himself to do something as humble and honest as that. This President is nothing but a pawn on the world stage. He is a fool and a buffoon.

Those would be the actions of a 'war' prize, not a 'peace' prize.

Then conceptualize the fact that no grammatically correct sentence starts with the word 'but.'

"Beginning a sentence with a coordinating conjunction such as but is considered incorrect by classical grammarians arguing that a coordinating conjunction at the start of a sentence has nothing to connect, but use of the word in this way is very common. It is, however, best to avoid beginning a sentence with but in formal writing. Combining sentences or using however, nevertheless, still, or though is appropriate for the formal style."

No. They are allowed to surrender. We are merciful in our management of those that turn on the Taliban enemy.

Right, he graciously accepted it on behalf of insurance companies, bankers, brokerage houses, Ivy League connections and Fortune 500 companies across the nation.

I think the big guys sat him down when he got in and said..."Now here's how it's done, play ball." And he said, OK.

Well you thought WRONG. Typical of an ignorantfoxhole dittohead. Back in 2005 Danbolt Mjoes, Nobel Committee chairman told the Washington Post that work on arms control and arranging peace conferences is now "out of style," and that a new criterion has gained favor: "It is about how we live together, share resources ... about preserving the Earth."

Don't know what is 'rotten in Norway - Hell---NORWAY LEADS THE WORLD in the UN Human Development Index. BTW: USA ranks 13th.

Norway ranks 9th on the World Database of Happiness Index BTW: USA ranks 13th.

Norway ranks #11 on the The World Health Organization's ranking of the world's health systems. BTW: USA ranks 37th.

Norway ranks #10 on the World Wide Doing Business Survey & rated High income with a GNI per capita (US$) of $87,067.46. BTW: USA:# 4 & rated High income with a GNI per capita (US$) of $47,576.50

I feel really proud that the United States is the most admired country globally thanks largely to President Barack Obama and his administration! America climbed from seventh place last year to #1 in the Nation Brand Index (NBI)survey. Those results are right in line with the July Pew Global Attitudes Project, which found a extraordinary improvement in opinions around the world toward of the United States since the election of President Obama.
